Trump Escalates Attacks on Mitch McConnell, Says He Has a ‘Death Wish’ by Supporting Democrat Bills

Former President Donald Trump raised the temperature of his verbal attacks on Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell claiming the latter’s support of “Democrat-sponsored bills” indicates he has a “death wish.”

Trump declined to point to a specific piece of legislation in a post on his Truth Social media platform, though the timing of the comments comes as McConnell has voiced support for the Electoral Count Act.

The legislation is a direct response to the January 6 riot at the Capitol and Trump’s attempts to overturn the election results in 2020.

“Is McConnell approving all of these Trillions of Dollars worth of Democrat-sponsored Bills, without even the slightest bit of negotiation, because he hates Donald J. Trump, and he knows I am strongly opposed to them?” Trump asked.

“Or is he doing it because he believes in the Fake and Highly Destructive Green New Deal, and is willing to take the Country down with him?

“In any event, either reason is unacceptable,” concluded Trump. “He has a DEATH WISH. Must immediately seek help and advice from his China-loving wife, Coco Chow!”

Who is the Real Danger?

Naturally, the media ran with the “death wish” rhetoric and indicated it was a call to violence against Mitch McConnell.

The hypocrisy is rich, considering that the same media was celebrating the continued harassment of McConnell and his wife when Democrats were actively courting violence against their political opponents when Trump was in office, such as the time Congresswoman Maxine Waters openly encouraged supporters to harass Republicans in public as often and intensely as possible, to name one example.

You may recall that liberal activists left body bags outside the GOP leader’s home in 2020 and he and his wife were accosted by activists in 2018.

 

Now, outlets like the Wall Street Journal are concerned that Trump’s “reckless” rhetoric “courts potential violence.”

I would argue that Trump is not being literal with his comments but rather, speaking about a figurative career and political ‘death wish.’

Trump has consistently been calling on McConnell to be removed from his leadership role “immediately,” saying he is little more than “a pawn for the Democrats.”

McConnell Celebrated Trump’s Political Suicide

Trump and McConnell have been feuding for what seems like forever, well before the “death wish” post.

Just last month, as reported by The Political Insider, Trump took to social media to blast McConnell as a “broken down hack politician” and even made remarks about his “crazy wife.”

Earlier in September, Trump described Mitch as an “absolute loser” who has been giving Democrats “everything they want.”

Trump has pressed the GOP to oust McConnell, whom he describes as a “Broken Old Crow,” from leadership.

 

Reports have surfaced of late indicating McConnell was considering a vote to convict Donald Trump in the impeachment trial over his alleged role in the Capitol riot and said he was “done with” the “crazy” former President over the incident.

To that end, the Kentucky Republican also expressed his excitement that Trump had a political ‘death wish’ of his own.

A recently published book alleges Mitch McConnell admitted he was “exhilarated” that Trump had “totally discredited himself” over the Capitol riot.

He also took joy that Trump seemingly had ‘committed political suicide’ at the time.

 

“I feel exhilarated by the fact that this fellow finally, totally discredited himself,” McConnell reportedly said. “He put a gun to his head and pulled the trigger. Couldn’t have happened at a better time.”

I don’t recall the Wall Street Journal or the media at large going apoplectic over McConnell’s remarks.

Marjorie Taylor Green To Introduce Bill To Expel Maxine Waters From Congress Over ‘Dangerous Rhetoric’

Calls are mounting to impeach or remove far-left Democrat Rep. Maxine Waters from office following comments in which she allegedly encouraged protesters to “get more confrontational” and “stay in the street” if the jury fails to render a guilty verdict in the Derek Chauvin trial.

Chauvin, a former Minneapolis police officer, is on trial on murder charges in the death of George Floyd last year. Video of Chauvin’s actions during Floyd’s arrest has led to protests and unrest all over the country.

Waters (D-CA) traveled to Minnesota to encourage protesters, and called on activists to remain in the streets and let people know “we mean business” if the verdict does not go the way she feels it should.

“We’ve got to stay on the street and we’ve got to get more active, we’ve got to get more confrontational,” she said, according to video from the scene by a group called Unicorn Riot. “We’ve got to make sure that they know that we mean business.”

“We’re looking for a guilty verdict. We’re looking for a guilty verdict,” she continued.

“If nothing does not happen, then we know that we’ve got to not only stay in the street, but we’ve got to fight for justice, but I am very hopeful and I hope that we’re going to get a verdict that will say guilty, guilty, guilty,” Waters said. “And if we don’t, we cannot go away.”

Tensions In Minnesota

Protests have been ongoing in Minneapolis with the Chauvin trial ready to conclude this week as well as the recent officer-involved shooting of Daunte Wright, a 20-year-old black man who had an open warrant for his arrest related to an aggravated robbery attempt, according to court records.

The officer in that case resigned according to the former Chief of Police, after claiming she reportedly thought she was pulling her taser, but instead accidentally shot Wright. The Chief of Police also resigned.

Protests have been ongoing for about a week with some demonstrators hurling objects at police officers and over 100 arrests on Friday. 

In a subsequent interview on Sunday, Waters explained that she was in Minnesota “to be there kind of as Aunty Maxine” to the protesters, letting them know “they can count on me to be with them at this terrible time in all of our lives.”

The New York Post editorial board claims Waters’ comments were “irresponsible,” “inciting violence,” and accused the Democrat congresswoman of “trying to create a Civil War.”

The Post has called to impeach and remove Maxine Waters from office.

“By her own standards,” they write, noting her role in supporting the impeachment of former President Donald Trump over his alleged role in inciting the Capitol protests in January, “Maxine Waters should be impeached and removed.”

Calls Growing To Remove Aunty Maxine

The New York Post isn’t the only entity calling to impeach Maxine Waters for her comments.

Rep. Lee Zeldin (R-NY), currently running for governor of New York, called her rhetoric “poisonous.”

“Due to the continued dangerous and toxic incitement to violence by Maxine Waters, she should be immediately removed from Congress,” Zeldin tweeted.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), herself a controversial figure but one who has actually been punished by her colleagues for comments in years past, said she will introduce legislation to have Waters removed from Congress.

Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) also chimed in on Maxine Waters’ comments, saying Democrats are “actively encouraging riots and violence.”

He added, “They want to tear us apart.”

Perhaps more importantly, House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), seemed to indicate he would move to take action against Maxine Waters, though whether or not that involved an effort to impeach remains to be seen.

“Maxine Waters is inciting violence in Minneapolis — just as she has incited it in the past,” McCarthy tweeted. “If Speaker Pelosi doesn’t act against this dangerous rhetoric, I will bring action this week.”

Waters courted controversy during the Trump administration, telling supporters to harass administration officials in public every chance they get.

“If you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd, and you push back on them, and you tell them they’re not welcome anymore, anywhere,” she said.

Waters would later call on people to take to the streets to protest against Trump.

“I think he’s dangerous,” she professed, “I don’t know why people take it. I think Americans should be out in the streets screaming to the top of their voice. Do something. Make something happen.”

The Hill notes that following Waters’ comments, “Two guardsman were injured … when a gunman fired at a Minnesota National Guard and Minneapolis Police Department neighborhood security team.”

“However,” they add, “National Guard officials did not provide any immediate evidence of who fired at the law enforcement officials or a connection to Waters’s comments.”

Conservative commentator Matt Walsh opined that Waters’ comments are an effort to intimidate the jury in the Chauvin case.

“Maxine Waters is trying to intimidate a jury to influence the outcome of a murder trial,” he tweeted. “Every elected Republican in the country should be calling for her immediate arrest and removal from congress.”

Closing arguments will be presented in the Chauvin case on Monday, after which the jury will be sequestered.

The judge in the case denied a defense request to have the jury sequestered following Wright’s shooting.

The defense attorney “expressed concern that jurors might be made nervous to deliver a verdict with which the public does not agree,” according to NPR.

Did they hear Maxine Waters’ call for violence? Will they now have to be nervous about rendering a verdict that she and her followers “on the street” won’t agree with?

Sean Hannity Rips ‘Sanctimonious’ Mitch McConnell – Calls For New Leadership In The Senate

Fox News host Sean Hannity spoke out on Monday night to blast Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY), who he described as “sanctimonious” for giving a speech on the Senate floor over the weekend in which he condemned former President Donald Trump.

Hannity went so far as to suggest that it might be time to look into new leadership in the Senate.

Hannity Goes Off On GOP Leaders

“Voters in this country are smart, not stupid,” Hannity said. “We can see the snap impeachment was nothing but political theater, no due process, no evidence, no defense, none of it.”

“Now finding out it was all preplanned ahead of time and another needless smear that accomplished nothing,” the Fox News host added. “It’s been five years of this. They’ve also had it with Republicans and Democratic swamp creatures.”

“This is the question Republicans have to ask themselves tonight,” Hannity continued. “Where was John Thune and Mitch McConnell fighting against the biggest abuse of power corruption scandal in our history with Operation Crossfire Hurricane? They were missing in action.”

“Where’s the sanctimonious Mitch McConnell, John Thune, demanding that Kamala Harris, Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi, Maxine Waters— when is he going to give a speech on the Senate floor and hold those Democrats accountable for their incitement of insurrection and their insurrection-like language?” Hannnity concluded.

“The time is now coming for new leadership in the U.S. Senate,” he said. “We will be dealing with that.”

This comes after McConnell claimed that Trump had committed “a disgraceful dereliction of duty” by his actions before last month’s Capitol riot, and was “practically and morally responsible for provoking the events of that day.” 

Graham Rips Into McConnell

Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) ripped into McConnell for this anti-Trump speech, saying that he “put a load on the back of Republicans.”

“I think Senator McConnell’s speech, he got a load off a chest obviously, but unfortunately he put a load on the back of Republicans,” he added. “That speech you will see in 2022 campaigns.”

“I would imagine if you’re a Republican running in Arizona or  Georgia or New Hampshire, where we have a chance to take back the Senate, they may be playing Senator McConnell’s speech and asking about it as a candidate,” Graham continued.

“I imagine if you’re an incumbent Republican, they’re going to be people asking you will you support Senator McConnell in the future,” he concluded. “So I like them, Senator McConnell. He worked well with President Trump. I think his speech is an outlier regarding how Republicans feel about all this.”

PBS’ Yamiche Alcindor Defends Democrat Double Standard On Impeachment – ‘Wasn’t Storming Of The Capitol’ After Maxine Waters’ Speech

PBS correspondent and MSNBC political contributor Yamiche Alcindor spoke out on Tuesday to defend the Democratic Party’s double standard when it comes to the impeachment effort against Donald Trump.

Alcindor Defends Democrats

After it was reported that Trump’s legal team is planning to argue that Democrats incited riots with their speeches, Alcindor said that this argument is not valid because speeches by leftists like Maxine Waters and Kamala Harris did not result in deadly riots.

“I’m really watching to see how much this becomes a personal reliving of what happened on January 6,” Alcindor said. “You’re hearing from senior Democratic aides that they want this to feel like a violent crime trial. They want people to be brought into what happened at the Capitol.”

“So that’s why they’re saying this is going to be this new evidence. I suspect some of that will probably be possibly videos that we haven’t seen before, talking to aides on Capitol Hill, they’re really feeling as though they need to remind people exactly what happened.”

Alcindor On Trump Team

“The Trump team, as you reported, also is going to be bringing out this video, trying to say, ‘Hear what Democrats said. Here is why they are just like President Trump,'” she added. ”

“But I think the thing that’s going to be so obvious is going to be that there wasn’t a storming of the Capitol after Maxine Waters or Senator Harris — then-Senator Harris had fiery speeches,” Alcindor said. “So I think that’s all the things that we should be watching, how they juxtapose this at the scene of where this happened.”

Alcindor has long been an outspoken critic of former President Trump, and she went at it with him regularly at various points in his presidency. On Tuesday, she took to Twitter to celebrate the start of Trump’s Senate impeachment trial.

“And we’re off, House impeachment managers and making the walk to the Senate chamber,” she wrote. “Trump Impeachment 2.0 is upon us.”

Rand Paul Roasts Hypocrisy Of Impeaching Trump, Doing Nothing About Chuck Schumer, Waters, And Omar

On Sunday, Republican Sen. Rand Paul said that if Democrats insist on claiming that former President Donald Trump’s rally speech incited the January 6th Capitol Hill attack as a basis for impeachment, then Senator Majority Leader Chuck Schumer along with Democratic Congresswomen Maxine Waters and Ilhan Omar should be held accountable for similar language.

Paul made his comments on “Fox News Sunday.”

Sen. Paul: Democrats Have Used Violent Language With No Consequences

The GOP senator referenced Schumer’s rhetoric before a protest at the U.S. Supreme Court in early March 2020.

“I opposed the notion of — which I think was a misguided notion, a voting to overturn the election either with Congress or with the vice president,” Paul told Fox News Chris Wallace.

Paul continued, “But I think if we are going to criminalize speech and somehow impeach everybody who says, oh, ‘go fight to hear your voices heard,’ really we ought to impeach Chuck Schumer then.”

“He went to the Supreme Court, stood in front of the Supreme Court, and said specifically, ‘hey Gorsuch, hey Kavanaugh, you’ve unleashed a whirlwind, and you’re going to pay the price,'” Paul reminded viewers.

“You won’t know what hit you if you continue with these awful decisions,” Paul recalled Schumer saying.

Sen. Paul wanted to know why this speech did not qualify for potentially inciting violence.

“This inflammatory wording, this violent rhetoric of Chuck Schumer was so bad that the chief justice, who rarely says anything publicly, immediately said this kind of language is dangerous as a mob tried to invade the Supreme Court,” Paul continued.

Paul added, “So if people want to hold President Trump accountable for language, there has to be a consistent standard, and to my mind, it’s a partisan farce because they’re not doing anything to Chuck Schumer, not doing anything to Representative Omar, not doing anything to Maxine Waters.”

“It’s just not fair,” Paul finished. “It’s just partisan politics under a different name.”

Chief Justice Roberts Chastised Schumer’s Violent Rhetoric

The senator has a point, and Schumer was even accused of trying to incite physical violence at the time he made his controversial remarks.

As the Supreme Court was weighing a case about abortion, Schumer said at a rally in March 2020, “I want to tell you, Gorsuch, I want to tell you, Kavanaugh, you have released the whirlwind and you will pay the price.”

“You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions,” Schumer said.

Chief Justice John Roberts publicly rebuked Schumer, saying: 

“Justices know that criticism comes with the territory, but threatening statements of this sort from the highest levels of government are not only inappropriate, they are dangerous.

All Members of the Court will continue to do their job, without fear or favor, from whatever quarter.”

Some Senate Republicans called on Schumer to apologize or face possible censure.

Senate Republican Conference Chairman John Barrasso said, “To me, this sounds like he is talking about a physical price, violence.’

Waters Encouraged Physical Intimidation Against Trump Administration

Rep. Maxine Waters appeared to encourage physical violence and intimidation against members of the Trump administration at a political rally in June 2018.

“Let’s make sure we show up wherever we have to show up,” Waters told a crowd. “And if you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd.”

“And you push back on them,” Waters added. “And you tell them they’re not welcome anymore, anywhere.”

Omar appeared to endorse further violence when she retweeted Hollywood actor Tom Arnold’s comments about an incident in which Rand Paul’s neighbor severely injured him in an attack in 2017.

Paul told Fox News Sunday that Omar was “wishing and celebrating the violence that happened to me when I had six ribs broken and part of my lung removed.”

Maxine Waters Claims Trump Will ‘Take Over Legislatures, Little Towns And Cities’ If Not Convicted

Democratic Congresswoman Maxine Waters claimed Sunday that former President Donald Trump would attempt “to take over legislatures, little towns and cities” if he is not convicted for insurrection.

Waters made her comments on MSNBC’s “The Sunday Show with Jonathan Capehart.”

Waters Claims Trump ‘Paid’ The ‘Organizers Of The Insurrection’

Waters said, “I do believe he sent all of these domestic terrorists to the Capitol to take over the Capitol, and that includes not only the Proud Boys but the Oath Keepers, the QAnon, and white supremacists.”

“These people have been aligned with him” Waters insisted.

Waters then accused Trump of paying the “organizers of the insurrection.”

“One of the things I hope that will be looked at as we take this impeachment to the Senate is the fact that in his campaign for re-election, he was paying the very organizers of the insurrection that took place,” said Waters.

After the violence at the Capitol in early January, Waters also claimed that President Trump was “capable” of “starting a civil war.”

Waters Demands Trump Conviction

“The names are right there” she continued. “The amount of money that he paid to them, it is shown in the last report,” the Democrat said. “More of it is going to show up in the next report that they have to do.”

“I think it is very clear” Waters said. “We cannot afford to allow this president to leave here without being impeached and, you know, absolutely convicted.”

She further explained why she believes the Senate must impeach Trump, claiming that Trump would use taxpayer money to organize his supporters.

Waters continued, “We cannot allow him to leave and have all of the resources of the taxpayers to have not only money to hire staff, but to hire security, and money to organize with, because he will continue.”

Then Waters made her wild claim about Trump somehow being so influential over parts of the U.S. population that he will be able to control small towns and local governments.

“He now knows, he has a population” Waters said adding that “he’s going to expand that.”

“He will be attempting to take over legislatures, little towns and cities and he doesn’t give a darn about the Constitution and so our democracy is at stake,” Waters claimed.

“We must convict him, and we must take away his power” she finished.

If President Trump were convicted by the Senate and barred from holding political office, it would do nothing to stop him from organizing or politicking as a private citizen.

Maxine Waters Warns Trump May Want ‘Civil War’ – Wants Him ‘Stopped Dead In His Tracks, However We Do It’

Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) spoke out on Friday to nonsensically warn that Donald Trump may try to start a “Civil War,” adding that he “has got to be stopped dead in his tracks,” whether it’s by impeachment or by invoking the 25th Amendment.

Waters Demands Investigation Into Capitol Police

Waters, who is chair of the House Financial Services Committee, has also called for an investigation to be launched into the U.S. Capitol Police’s failure to stop Wednesday’s riot at the Capitol building.

“There’s got to be prosecutions. There’s got to be accountability,” Waters said while appearing on “The Joe Madison Show” on SiriusXM.

“And of course, this president, who has lied his way all the way up, until this insurrection that he has caused, and the fact that we all, many of us believe he is trying to create a civil war, has got to be stopped dead in his tracks, however we can do it: whether it is Amendment 25 or whether it is a new way by bringing him up before the Congress,” Waters continued. 

The 25th Amendment allows for a president to be removed from office if the Vice President and the majority of the cabinet deem him incapable of carrying out the job, according to The Washington Times.

Waters Doubles Down

Not stopping there, Waters also slammed U.S. Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund, who has already handed in his resignation. She said that she had already specifically asked Sound about security.

“[Sund] was telling us that he had it all under control. It turned out he had nothing under control. Nothing under control. And we were overrun,” said Waters.

“The Capitol of the United States of America, one of the most supposedly secure buildings in the country, was breached, and with them climbing the wall it looked like a Third World country overtake of the government,” she added.

She went on to add that she was afraid of snipers, so she asked him about the top of the buildings.

“[Y]ou know what I was thinking about? I was thinking about John Kennedy and Martin Luther King in opposite buildings and windows near the top of those buildings, and how they target people and they snipe and they could kill people,” she said. “And that’s what really was on my mind. I asked him about all of that.”

Representative Maxine Waters (D-CA) had yet another meltdown against President Donald Trump on Sunday, this time complaining about the “missed opportunity” she claims that Congress had to impeach him “for treason.”

Waters Thinks Trump Should Have Been Impeached ‘For Treason’

“On my 3/2017 pinned tweet one can see [Paul] Manafort, [Michael] Flynn, [Roger] Stone, all of whom have been pardoned [and] more of them to come. They know the criminal [and] illegal relationship [between] Trump [and] Putin! They’re part of it! We missed our opportunity to impeach him for treason. [New York] can make up for it!” Waters tweeted.

Waters Has Previously Called For Trump’s Arrest And Impeachment

Waters has long been one of Trump’s harshest critics, frequently calling for him to be impeached and even to be arrested.

“I’m calling on the GOP to stop Trump’s filthy talk of whistleblowers being spies & using mob language implying they should be killed,” she tweeted back in October. “Impeachment is not good enough for Trump. Immediately after last month’s presidential election, Waters was quick to say that the “door is closed” on Trump’s presidency as she also called for him to be investigated.

“So let him keep going as far as he wants to go even though the door is closed on him now,” she said. “There’s nowhere for him to go. If he wants to try and keep going to the Supreme Court, let him try. It’s over.”

Waters Wants Trump To Be Investigated

Waters also said that she would “certainly would be in support of investigating the president of the United States.”

“What he has done in the four years that he has served as president is simply unconscionable, I think criminal in some cases,” Waters said of Trump. 

“He’s placed this country in danger,” she said. “And the president of the United States is supposed to be about making sure that the country is safe and secure, and he has done everything possible to undermine our democracy. I don’t think that can be overlooked.”

“We should send a message across the world that we will not tolerate the undermining of our democracy in the way this president has done,” Waters added. “So again, I don’t know what President-elect Biden would do, but I certainly would support investigating the president.”

Report: Democrats Plan To Pursue Investigations Into President Trump After He Leaves Office

Democrats have every intention of pursuing investigations into President Trump and his administration even after he leaves office, CNN reports.

According to the network, some lawmakers have expressed interest in continuing the witch hunt against the President.

“They [Democrats] argue they have an obligation to scrutinize the actions of Trump and his administration that they charge violated constitutional norms and eroded the separation of powers,” the report states.

There are also multiple ongoing lawsuits according to CNN, “including efforts to obtain Trump’s tax returns, key financial documents, testimony from a former White House counsel and grand jury material from the Mueller report.”

These “will continue into the new Congress,” likely throttling any effort by President-elect Biden to create unity in an increasingly dysfunctional place like Washington, D.C.

Democrats Plan To Investigate Trump After He Leaves Office, Something They Did Before He Ever Took Office

To demonstrate how absurd the left’s dogged pursuit of President Trump is and has been, CNN notes Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) “would want to investigate things that are profoundly damaging to our system of government.”

Raskin, of course, plotted Trump’s impeachment before he stepped foot in the White House.

In fact, prior to President Trump’s inauguration day, Raskin had impeachment on the brain.

“I just know that if I’m going to vote to impeach the man at some point, I would like to be able to look him in the eye on Inauguration Day,” he said when asked if he planned on attending the event.

Raskin has also been a strong proponent of invoking the 25th Amendment as a means to remove the President from office.

The Democrats’ past four years, with Raskin as a prime example, have resulted in zero legislative accomplishments as they focused solely on harassing Trump from the day they found out he beat Hillary Clinton.

President Trump Should Pardon Himself Regarding Future Investigations

Congressman Matt Gaetz believes President Trump should consider a pardon for himself and others in his administration as a means to fend off the radical left.

“He should pardon everyone from himself to his administration officials to Joe Exotic if he has to,” Gaetz joked.

While the comments may have been light-hearted, the threat from the radical left is real.

Congressman Bill Pascrell, Jr. (D-NJ) has demanded a thorough and continuing investigation and prosecution of the President and members of his administration.

Actor Rob Reiner has also advised that a “non-partisan commission” should be created to investigate Trump after he leaves office to “restore faith in our Constitution and the Rule of Law.”

And Democrat Rep. Maxine Waters (CA) has also called for continuing investigations into the President.

“We should send a message across the world that we will not tolerate the undermining of our democracy in the way this president has done,” Waters said.

“So again, I don’t know what President-elect Biden would do, but I certainly would support investigating the president.”

If President-elect Biden had a spine and the brain cells to pull it off, he’d pardon Trump and his family as one of his first moves towards unity and a clear call to the radical left that their destruction of the integrity of the office of the presidency will no longer be tolerated.

Maxine Waters On Trump Using Federal Law Enforcement In Portland: ‘Trial Run’ For When He Refuses To Accept Election Loss

Rep. Maxine Waters dipped her toes into the unhinged conspiracy theorist pool, suggesting the federal police response to violence in Portland is a “trial run” for when President Trump refuses to accept his election loss.

Waters (D-CA) made the claim during an interview with MSNBC’s Joy Reid Wednesday night.

It’s not to quell violence in these Democrat-run cities, you see, federal law enforcement is there as a plant to be ready for action come November.

“This is what you see in country’s that have dictators,” she claimed. “In third-world countries with dictators, they have paramilitary that they can call up against the people anytime they want.”

No, Mad Max, what you see in third-world countries is what you’re seeing on the streets of leftist-controlled cities – chaos, with no regard to law and order.

And that’s when she added an extra layer to her tinfoil hat …

Untethered From Reality

Waters proceeded to engage in ridiculous speculation about President Trump not accepting the election results should he lose to Democrat Joe Biden.

You know, the same thing they claimed he would do in 2016. When it turned out it was Democrats who spent four years refusing to accept the election results. They act like we can’t remember what they said and did a mere four years ago.

“As a matter of fact, it has been suggested that this is a trial run for the president of the United States who may be organizing to not accept what happens when we have the election if he’s not elected,” she wildly asserted.

“Is he going to pull out his military? Is he going to engage us?” fretted Waters. “He has already alluded to there may be a civil war if he’s not re-elected. This is dangerous.”

To nobody’s surprise, Reid sat there nodding her head in agreement as Waters spewed the absurd claim.

The Suggestion

It isn’t that hard to find where the ‘suggestion’ came from.

MSNBC’s John Heilemann made similar allegations earlier this week, meaning a good portion of the network actually believes Trump would use the military and refuse to leave office if he loses the election.

“I don’t want to be overly alarmist about this,” Heilemann said. “But this is the time to be alarmist knowing where Donald Trump stands politically, understanding where we are headed in this election.”

“I think we are looking at potentially a trial run for … a genuine attempt to, through intimidation, and potentially through force, to try to steal this election.”

This is projection, pure and simple. It’s what a Democrat in the White House would be doing if they lost to Trump. You’ve already seen what they have done in trying to oust him – impeachment hoaxes, constant lying by the media, spying, planting fake news, insurance policies, and on and on.

Do you think for a moment that Antifa and other leftist rioters wouldn’t be burning the streets if they didn’t get their way? You’re seeing it right before your eyes!

Last month, Biden predicted the military would have to intervene should Trump lose to him in the 2020 election and refuse to leave office.

It’s not just MSNBC hacks and unhinged Auntie Maxine with these conspiracy theories. It’s gone mainstream to the man who could be sitting in the White House this time next year.

And that is scary.
