Democrats Create Committee To Scrutinize Trump’s Response to Coronavirus

Democrats have created a new House committee designed to scrutinize and review the Trump administration’s response to the coronavirus outbreak.

Committee Will “Examine All Aspects of the Federal Response” to Coronavirus

Democrat House Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced the coronavirus committee on Thursday. They will investigate the management of the bailout package to help coronavirus victims (which amounts of over $2 trillion of government spending), and the general response from the White House, President Trump and his administration to the pandemic.

The panel, which will be chaired by James Clyburn, the Democrat House Majority Whip, will “examine all aspects of the federal response to the coronavirus and ensure the taxpayer’s dollars are being wisely and efficiently spent,” Pelosi told reporters. “The panel will root out waste, fraud, and abuse; it will protect against price-gauging, profiteering, and political favoritism,” she continued, saying that the country needed “transparency and accountability” in managing the outbreak and the funds. “Where there’s money there’s also frequently mischief.”

Schiff Demands 9/11 Style “Nonpartisan Commission”

It follows an announcement on Wednesday. from Representative Adam Schiff to set up a 9/11-style “nonpartisan commission” to investigate the administration’s response to coronavirus.

“After Pearl Harbor and 9/11, we looked at what went wrong to learn from our mistakes,” Schiff tweeted. “Once we’ve recovered, we need a nonpartisan commission to review our response and how we can better prepare for the next pandemic. I’m working on a bill to do that.”

We all know where this is going. Does anyone think the Democrats won’t simply use both the commission and the committee to attack the President for doing all he can to slow the outbreak of the Chinese coronavirus? Just like impeachment, this is going to end up as a partisan attack on the President, most likely led by Pelosi, Schumer, and Schiff – all working together to batter the deaths of American citizens over the head of President Trump for political pointscoring.

Bill Clinton: I Had Sex With Monica Lewinsky to ‘Manage Anxieties’

In a new Hulu documentary, former President Bill Clinton said he had sex with White House intern Monica Lewinsky to manage his “anxieties.”

“Here’s Something That Will Take Your Mind Off it for a While”

The four-part documentary, “Hillary,” focuses on the life of former Secretary of State, starting with her exploration into student politics and the Goldwater campaign, and finishing with her crushing defeat to President Donald Trump in 2016. The documentary also includes a close look into the affair that Bill Clinton had with Monica Lewinsky, his intern at the White House during his 2nd term in office – the affair, and his reaction to it, resulted in his impeachment, becoming only the 2nd President to be impeached.

Bill Clinton told the documentary team that having the affair with Lewinsky was his way of relieving stress and anxieties as the leader of the free world.

“You feel like you’re staggering around, you’ve been in a 15 round prize fight that was extended to 30 rounds and here’s something that will take your mind off it for a while, that’s what happens,” Bill said, adding:

Because there, whatever life – not just me. Everybody’s life has pressures and disappointments, terrors, fears of whatever. Things I did to manage my anxieties for years. I’m a different, totally different person than I was, a lot of that stuff 20 years ago… Maybe it’s just getting older but I hope it was also going through a lot of this. But whatever, what I did was bad but it wasn’t like – how can I think about the most stupid thing I could and do it. It’s not a defense, it’s an explanation. I feel awful.

I Don’t Sympathise With Clinton!

In an interview in 2018, fomer President Clinton refused to apologise to Lewinsky for the affair, but this time he came closer.

“I feel terrible about the fact that Monica Lewinsky’s life was defined by it, unfairly I think,” he told the documentary team. “Over the years I’ve watched her trying to get a normal life back again, but you’ve got to decide how to define normal.”

I’ll tell you something Bill – I don’t define cheating on my wife as “normal,” or something that will “take my mind off” work! I wonder if Juanitta Broderick was just a stress reliever too? This documentary is clearly trying to make people sympathise with someone who has had multiple women allege he sexually assaulted and abused them, not to mention the number of corruption allegations against both Bill and Hillary. He’s the same old sleazebag he was back decades ago, and we shouldn’t forget it!

Trump Threatens to Sue ‘Everyone’ Involved in Mueller Investigation

President Donald Trump just threatened to sue “everyone” involved in the Robert Mueller investigation and the trial of his confidant, Roger Stone.

“The Whole Mueller Investigation was Illegally Set Up”

“These were Mueller prosecutors, and the whole Mueller investigation was illegally set up based on a phony and now fully discredited Fake Dossier, lying and forging documents to the FISA Court, and many other things,” President Trump said on Twitter, in relation to the criminal investigation and trial of Roger Stone, his close ally.

“Everything having to do with this fraudulent investigation is badly tainted and, in my opinion, should be thrown out,” he continued, arguing that “even Mueller’s statement to Congress that he did not see me to become the FBI Director (again), has been proven false.”

Trump described the “whole deal” as “a total SCAM,” adding that “if I wasn’t President, I’d be suing everyone all over the place… BUT MAYBE I STILL WILL. WITCH HUNT!”

Earlier, the President had cited an appearance by Judge Andrew Napolitano on Fox News, following the revelation that the foreperson on Roger Stone’s jury trial, Tomeka Hart, was vocal in her dislike for the President and his allies:

Judge Jackson now has a request for a new trial based on the unambiguous & self outed bias of the foreperson of the jury, whose also a lawyer, by the way. “Madam foreperson, your a lawyer, you have a duty, an affirmative obligation, to reveal to us when we selected you the existence of these tweets in which you were so harshly negative about the President & the people who support him. Don’t you think we wanted to know that before we put you on this jury.”Pretty obvious he should (get a new trial). I think almost any judge in the Country would order a new trial, I’m not so sure about Judge Jackson, I don’t know.

“The President is Frustrated”

Speaking to Fox and Friends, White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham said that the tweets show President Trump’s “frustration” with the system and the Mueller report.

“For three years he has been under attack in one way or the other and the Mueller report is another example of that,” Grisham said. In the case of Roger Stone, she highlighted Hart’s position, saying she was “someone who was very vocal about not liking President Trump and his supporters:”

I would just say to people who are watching, think about if you were on trial for something and the foreperson of the jury who was actually there to decide your fate, is against who you worked for, is against who you supported. That’s scary stuff. This is just another example of the constant barrage of corruption that has gone against this President and of course, despite that, he continues to do great things, but he is frustrated, obviously, and who knows what he’ll end up doing?

RELATED: New Trump Impeachment Push For Democrats Over Roger Stone Affair?

I share the President’s frustration. The deep state and their allies are doing everything they can to throw the book at anyone who dares support his agenda – meanwhile, crooked Hillary and other high-ranking swamp creatures are being let off scot-free by the justice system.

Come on Mr President, sue the lot of them, and shake this country up.

Gowdy: “If I Were Donald Trump, I’d Think the FBI Were Out to Get Me Too”

In an interview with Fox News, former South Carolina Representative Trey Gowdy said that if he were the President, he would think the FBI was out to get him too.

“They Suspected Donald Trump of Impropriety”

Gowdy was interviewed by Martha MacCallum on her show on Fox News on Thursday, where they assessed a post-acquittal speech by the President in which he went after James Comey, the former FBI director.

“Had I not fired James Comey, who was a disaster, by the way, it’s possible I wouldn’t even be standing here right now. We caught him in the act,” the President said. “They were trying to overthrow the government of the United States, a duly elected President! If I didn’t fire James Comey, we would have never found this stuff. When I fired that sleazebag, all Hell broke out.”

MacCallum described these as “very strong words,” to which Gowdy agreed.

“Peter Strzok, the lead case agent on this Russia probe, was talking about impeaching Donald Trump before Adam Schiff and Jerry Nadler were. Let that sink in,” Gowdy said. “The lead agent for the FBI mentioned impeaching Trump before Schiff and Nadler did. Then the FBI conducts this ‘defensive briefing,’ which is really just an interview, because they suspected Donald Trump of impropriety.”

“You have James Comey who thinks impeachment is too good for him. You have John Brennan that thinks he should be in the dust pan of history. You have Andy McCabe, who after Comey was fired, launched another investigation into Trump. Martha, if I were Donald Trump, I would think the FBI was out to get me, too,” Gowdy argued.

RELATED: Trey Gowdy: “Both Sides are Wrong” in Whistleblower Fight

“Terrible Four Years for the World’s Premier Law Enforcement Agency”

MacCallum noted that President Trump’s firing of Comey was a huge story back when it happened, but put forward that it was ultimately the move that saved the President, as it removed “the person at the top who created a culture that was after him,” and who sought after “a dossier that was paid for by Clinton and DNC.”

Gowdy agreed, but set to “correct the President’s narrative” slightly.

“He replaced Comey with McCabe. That is hardly moving up the draft board. It was only when Chris Wray came in that I think you had a dispassionate, objective, law enforcement centered person. McCabe was no better than Comey,” Gowdy said.

MacCallum asked Gowdy whether he thought that the culture changed at all at the FBI since these snakes were removed from their positions. ”

I hope so, Martha, and I say that because I don’t know,” Gowdy replied. “We’re not going to make it as a country if we don’t have confidence in the FBI… It’s been a terrible four years for the world’s premier law enforcement agency.”

The FBI Swamp Needs to be Drained!

Gowdy is right. If the country doesn’t have confidence in the people who enforce its laws, how can they trust the system to enforce those laws fairly? Americans expect the rule of law to be applied to everyone equally – they don’t want to live in a nation where the deep state can go after its enemies for no reason at all, and let its friends get away with serious crimes scot free.

President Trump was elected to drain the swamp, and if he wants to get re-elected, he has to continue to do so!

Republicans Call for Romney to be Removed from GOP

Republicans across the board are calling for Sen. Mitt Romney to be kicked out of the GOP for voting to convict President Trump on Wednesday.

“Forever Bitter That He Will Never be POTUS”

Senator Romney voted to convict President Trump of an abuse of power in his office. Romney said that not voting to convict the President would “expose my character to history’s rebuke,” adding that he will “tell my children and their children that I did my duty to the best of my ability, believing that my country expected it of me.”

The President’s oldest son Donald Trump Jr. said on Twitter that Romney was “forever bitter that he will never be POTUS,” and is now “officially a member of the resistance & should be expelled from the GOP.” Andrew Surabian, a former White House advisor agreed, and added “#ExpelMitt.”

Representative Lee Zeldin of New York tweeted that Romney “absolutely despises that Donald Trump was elected POTUS & he was not,” and that the senator has a “sore loser mentality.”

RELATED: Ex-Spokesman For Romney Campaign Says Trump Guilty Vote Was ‘Motivated By Bitterness And Jealousy’

Ronna McDaniel, the GOP Chairwoman, and Romney’s niece, slammed him on Twitter, saying that it wasn’t “the first time I have disagreed with Mitt, and I imagine it will not be the last. The bottom line is President Trump did nothing wrong, and the Republican Party is more united than ever behind him.”

Romney Must Go!

In Utah, a bill designed to allow citizens to recall sitting senators was already going through the legislature when Romney decided to vote for impeachment. HB217 was filed by Utah Rep. Tim Quinn – if 25% of active Utah voters signed a petition to recall a senator, then a recall question would be placed on the next ballot.

“Obviously I didn’t open this bill file after he made some of that news with impeachment, it would have never been drafted this quickly,” Quinn told The Deseret News. “So I can understand why people might think that, but if they understood the legislative process, this was well before that.”

RELATED: Laura Ingraham to Mitt Romney: If I Have to Move to Utah to Beat You I Will

It picked up a huge amount of traction from lawmakers and the public after Romney’s vote. Quinn said he received over 100 phone calls and 250 emails that were “100% positive to the bill.”

If I were living in Utah, I would be picking up the phone to Quinn or drafting an email right this minute – in my opinion, Romney’s removal can’t happen soon enough! Maybe when he’s booted out of office he might consider the wishes of the American people for once!

Gingrich: Pelosi Should be Censured for “Viciously Partisan” Actions

Former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich called for Nancy Pelosi to be censured for her “viciously partisan” behaviour at the State of the Union.

Gingrich: “I am Disgusted and Insulted”

At the end of President Trump’s incredible State of the Union speech on Tuesday night, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi decided it would be a good idea to rip up a copy of the speech that the President had just given. Pelosi ripped it up while the cameras were still rolling, in some sort of cringeworthy “act of defiance” against the President who she is desperately trying to remove from office.

The speech included praise for World War II veterans, our brave border enforcement officers, young African-American students and premature babies, all of which Pelosi decided deserved to be torn up.

RELATED: Outrage After ‘Classless’ Nancy Pelosi Rips Up Trump’s SOTU Speech And Tosses It Away

Former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich, the Speaker during the last impeachment process, was appalled by Pelosi’s behavior.

“As Speaker of the House for four State of the Unions by a President of the other party, I am disgusted and insulted by the viciously partisan action of Nancy Pelosi tearing up the speech,” Gingrich wrote on Twitter. “She isn’t clever or cute her childishness insults our American traditions -should be censured.”

Censure is the Only Way Forward!

Many users on Twitter were in stern agreement with Gingrich, and were disgusted with Pelosi’s actions.

RELATED: Here’s The Exact Moment Trump Smacked Down Democrat Socialists In His SOTU Speech

I certainly agree with Gingrich that censuring Pelosi is the way forward. There is a difference between criticizing the President, which she has every right to do, and then being blatanly disrespectful to not only him, but all of his invited guests.

Furthermore, she couldn’t even wait until the speech had barely ended – another big middle finger to the President. Censuring occurs when a member’s actions “run counter to the group’s acceptable standards for individual behavior” – if this doesn’t fall under that category, then I don’t know what does!

Stephen King Wants Warren to “Open a Large Can of Whup-Ass on Trump”

The novelist Stephen King said that he was backing Elizabeth Warren in the Democratic primaries, and wants to see her “open a large can of whup-ass” on President Trump.

“I’m Pulling for Elizabeth Warren”

“I’ll support and work for any Democrat who wins the nomination, but I’m pulling for Elizabeth Warren,” Stephen King tweeted. “I’d love to see her open a large can of whup-ass on Trump in the debates,” he added.

The leftist author has a history of attacking President Trump in a rather vile manner. King has described the President as a “vile, racist and incompetent bag of guts and waters,” a “horse’s ass,” and “as crooked as a broken nose and as dumb as a fencepost.”

RELATED: Stephen King Mistakes “MS-13” as a Firearm

King also recently attacked Republican Senators Collins and Murkowski for voting the way they did in the vote regarding whether or not to call witnesses in President Trump’s impeachment trial, insinuating that the Russians were behind it all.

“Republican Murkowski, not up for re-election, voted against witnesses. Republican Collins, up for re-election, voted for witnesses. Both will vote to acquit,” he wrote. “It’s Moscow Mitch at his finest. Hey hey, ho ho, Susan Collins has got to go.”

Not a Surprise Endorsement

It should therefore come as no surprise that Stephen King has endorsed Warren. Like King, Warren also loves to hate and attack President Trump for just getting on with the job he was elected to do. Warren vowed that if she became President, she would immediately launch a special taskforce of the Department of Justice to investigate supposed corruption within the Trump administration, which she described as “the most corrupt administration in history!”

RELATED: Elizabeth Warren Attacks Christian Schools That Have “Anti-LGBTQ Policies”

However, I wonder how Mr King would truly fare under a Warren presidency. King actually came under fire recently by leftists himself, after he tweeted that quality was more important than diversity “in matters of art,” as “to do otherwise would be wrong.” These comments were absolutely unacceptable to them, and some described King as “backward and ignorant,” with others described his comments as “painful to read.”

As Warren loves to clamp down on your freedom of speech, I’m sure it wouldn’t be long before some of the non-binary members of her cabinet push for hate speech laws, which King may then fall foul of! In the words of Alanis Morissette, isn’t it ironic?

Trey Gowdy: “Both Sides are Wrong” in Whistleblower Fight

Speaking to Fox News, former Representative Trey Gowdy said that “both sides are wrong” in the fight as to whether or not to call the whistleblower to testify.

“I Don’t Need Him – I’ve Got the Transcript!”

Senator Rand Paul recently named the alleged whistleblower in a series of tweets, as his question was rejected by Chief Justice John Roberts.

Martha McCallum asked Gowdy whether it was acceptable for Senator Paul to name the alleged whistleblower.

“I like Rand but I think both sides are wrong on this,” Gowdy said. “We make 4-year-olds testify in court. We make women who have been sexually assaulted testify in court. So the notion that, if you are a relevant witness, that somehow you could escape being cross-examined, we don’t do it for anyone else, why would we do it for this whistle-blower?”

However, Gowdy continued, and noted that on the other hand, there is no need for the whistleblower to testify

“I don’t need him,” Gowdy said. “I’ve got the transcript. Why do I care what someone who overheard the conversation felt about it or thought about it or believed about it? I can read it for myself. Yes, the whistleblower is relevant, but he’s not material. There are 20 witnesses that I think would be more probative than a whistleblower of a transcript that you and I can read for ourselves.”

Why Was the Whistleblower on the Call?

McCallum then asked Gowdy if he was worried with the precedent that was set with the leak of the phone call between President Trump and Zelensky in the first place.

“I am, and the remedy for that is to limit the number of people who are on those calls,” he said. “There are consequences any time someone takes unprecedented acts, and if you’re going to listen to a conversation between the President and a leader of a foreign country, and then you’re going to violate that confidence and tell someone about it, the President should shrink the number of people who are on those calls!”

Gowdy went on to suggest that the calls should be limited to only a select few. ”

Maybe the Secretary of State and a subject matter expert [should be on], but there were what, a dozen people on that call? Do we really need a dozen people to take notes?” Gowdy asked. “I’d rather hire a court reporter and then let them read the transcript.”

I couldn’t agree more with Gowdy. I, for one, hope that the Senate will vote to stop taking witnesses, and get this “impeachment” sham over and done with! The American public are tired with wasting time on this nonsense. However, there must be a full investigation into the supposed whistleblower, and how the hell this got out in the first place, along with looking into Hunter Biden and his crooked dad, Sleepy Joe.

The American people need answers, but they also want impeachment finished.

Dave Chappelle: “I Don’t Look at Trump Supporters as My Enemy”

In an interview in which he discussed his support for 2020 Democratic presidential candidate Andrew Yang, the comedian Dave Chappelle said that he doesn’t look at Trump supporters as his enemy.

“I Understand Why People Voted for Trump”

“I like Andrew’s pragmatism,” Chappelle told reporters in Ames, Iowa.

“I don’t look at Trump supporters as my enemy at all. I understand why people voted for Trump. I understand people are desperate. And I think that Andrew is right you run against the reasons that Trump got elected,” Chappelle continued, going on to highlight that he has a broad appeal across the political spectrum, both professionally and personally.

“I got friends on both sides of the political aisle, I got fans on both sides of the political aisle,” Chappelle said.

Chappelle explained that he was backing Yang because he saw him as having a number of good ideas.

“A lot of people say professionally it’s not wise to support any candidate, but this idea is so good, that I think it should exist,” he explained.  “And I think the fountainhead of many of the good ideas on the table this year are coming from a single source — Andrew Yang. And for some reason, no one’s paying attention. This guy is the origin of a platform that really does address where I think the country needs to go.”

RELATED: Andrew Yang Had the Guts to Say, Let’s ‘Stop Being Obsessed Over Impeachment’

Chappelle Understands America

Chappelle endorsed Yang earlier this month, and pledged to do a number of shows in aid of his campaign. This should not come as a shock to anyone – Chappelle is really an old school liberal who likes to poke fun at everyone equally, and certainly doesn’t bow down to political correctness. His only two options on the Democrat field who are at least trying to reach across the aisle would be Yang or Sen. Tulsi Gabbard – everyone else constantly panders to the progressive left and outrage mob.

Both of them are also the only ones to have truly defended free speech, something that Chappelle holds dear in his heart. In his acceptance speech for the Mark Twain Award at the start of January, he fiercely defended the First Amendment, and declared stand-up comedy to be an “incredibly American genre”:

I don’t think any other country can produce this many comedians. Unbeknownst to many people in this audience, I don’t think there’s opinion that exists in this country that is not represented in a comedy club by somebody… I know comics that are very racist, and I watch ’em on stage, and everyone’s laughin’, I’m like, that motherf***** means it. Don’t get mad at ’em, don’t hate ’em, we go upstairs and have a beer and sometimes I even appreciate the artistry that they paint their racist opinions with. Man, it’s not that serious. The First Amendment is first for a reason. The Second Amendment is just in case the first one doesn’t work out.

RELATED: Dave Chappelle Takes On The Outrage Mob

If more of our comedians and entertainers were like Chappelle, who’s not afraid to poke fun at every issue, I think this country would be a lot more united politically than it is today. People are sick and tired of being ranted at by liberal elites who hate them for thinking differently. Dave Chappelle is a much needed breath of fresh air in this toxic environment.
