Schneider’s Response To Elizabeth Warren Hypocrisy Should Be Hall Of Fame Material!

Sen. Elizabeth Warren and other Democrats have done more than any other group to divide the USA, make no mistake about it.

They are the ones who have led in dividing the country into “tribalism.” They are the ones who distinguished gay, straight, male, female, and all of the other fad genders. Rich, poor, capitalists, socialists, citizens, immigrants. They are the ones who have focused on these differences between Americans, highlighted those differences, stirred those differences against each other, and convinced many of these “tribes” that they are victims.

When I hear Democrats talk about “disinformation,” the hair on the back of my neck stands up. I am sick and tired of the hypocrisy. This nation is taking a beating because these politicians can’t play it straight to save their lives.

Says the woman who has been lying most of her life. Someone who lied about being Native American to get into Harvard free, she is the last one who should talk about the spreading of false information.

This election campaign and the Impeachment of Donald Trump has shown us that even those who are incompetent can be elected to congress. We need stricter rules and psychological tests to weed out the phoneys. Also, we need a lot fewer lawyers.

There is a saying in business, “never let a lawyer or an accountant run your business.” That holds true even for Government.

Thank God for Rob Schneider, who isn’t afraid to hold Warren accountable.

MORE NEWS: Warren Wants to Control Your Freedom of Speech

Great to see someone with a broad platform of followers call out the fools in our leadership roles. We follow each other on social media, so I like him even more.

The funnyman responded to a series of tweets sent by Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., on Wednesday in which the presidential hopeful urged big tech companies to “fight the spread of false information that disempowers voters and undermines democracy.

“The stakes of this election are too high. We need to fight the spread of false information that disempowers voters and undermines democracy. I’ll do my part—and I’m calling on my fellow candidates and big tech companies to do their part, too,” Warren’s tweet read, which certainly didn’t sit well with the comedian.

“Thank YOU @ewarren for treating Americans like we are so completely f—— stupid that we can’t think for ourselves,” Schneider wrote. “Luckily we have leaders like YOU who can tell us what to believe & how to vote. You are right:the stakes are too high to trust the people to decide for themselves.”

The comedian didn’t stop there and issued a follow up four hours later and accused Warren of being a champion of censorship and standing in the way of free speech. [Fox News]

Amid Warren’s tweetstorm, she also made a “pledge” that she would “not knowingly” use or spread false information to benefit her candidacy or to damage anyone else’s campaign. What? Did Warren not know she was not native American or the reason she was fired from her teaching job, or that her kids went to private school? Does anyone believe this lady? She’s as much a compulsive liar like Hillary Clinton and Adam Schiff.

Dems refuse to admit that they spread disinformation themselves and that there are two reasons Donald Trump beat Hillary, Barack Obama, and Hillary Clinton.

MORE NEWS: Iowa’s Des Moines Register Endorses Elizabeth Warren as the Democrat Candidate

These candidates are so desperate for an original idea they eschew qualifiers like is it legal, is it ethical, is it part of the American fabric that shaped this country for 245 yrs? They give themselves a safety zone that allows them to step over the boundaries into socialism. Those who attend the rally event would cheer wildly even if she announced a plan to confiscate all children under the age of three years old in the name of environmental concerns.

NONE of these candidates can pull off even one of their campaign promises. Expense is the number one hurdle, and social upheaval is a close second. They may as well give a speech that says, “If you elect me President I will create so much chaos in our country our boarders will collapse, and other countries will, out of European progressive doctrine, come to our aid and we will finally realize the Obama vision of becoming Europe.”

Schneider is absolutely correct. Yes, the internet is the wild west. That’s OK. Learn to not be so freaking gullible and check stuff out.

Roberts Not Allowing Rand Paul’s Question About Whistleblower Is Ruffling Feathers

Chief Justice John Roberts isn’t merely a disappointment. He is part of the cabalist infrastructure.

Roberts, who is presiding over President Trump’s Senate impeachment trial, has rejected questions from Sen. Rand Paul on a few occasions and gone to the Democrats and asked theirs. Paul let it be known he wanted to know about the whistleblower and if that individual would ever be called as a witness, but Roberts has decided to shelve that opportunity.

Why do you think Justice Roberts denies the president the opportunity to confront his accuser? Why does he deny the Senator’s right to freedom of speech? There is no legal nor constitutional guarantee or even offer of anonymity for a whistleblower. There is no credible fear of death or physical harm; after all, he did not blow the whistle on a Clinton.

MORE NEWS: Dave Chappelle: “I Don’t Look at Trump Supporters as My Enemy”

Beginning but not ending with his handling of the FISA court and the appointments thereto, the next impeachment should be his. Justice Roberts’ behavior saddens me, but not surprised. He has been suspect since the Obamacare trial.

None of this corruption in Washington would ever have seen the light of day if it were not for Donald Trump. The exposure of the fraud and treasonous behavior within the government itself and the complicit media will make him the single most important person in American history if the country is to go forward as it was founded.

There are some things we need to keep in mind?

MORE NEWS: 2020 Dem Michael Bloomberg Will Run $10 Million Gun Control Ad During Super Bowl

First, Chief Justice Roberts is the reason Obamacare initially survived in the Supreme Court when during the eleventh hour and 59th minute, he switched sides. It was so late in the process that Justice Ginsburg’s concurring opinion ends with the following words: “I respectfully dissent.” The only problem is that when you file a concurring opinion, you are not dissenting. What happened? Justice Ginsburg wrote her opinion when she thought she would be in a 5-4 minority.

Second, in my opinion, there is absolutely no legal basis for Chief Justice Roberts to refuse Paul’s question. The question is far more relevant than other questions that have been posited by the Chief Justice. Also, there was nothing in the question that identified the whistleblower as Eric Ciaramella or any other person.

Third, even if somebody wants to argue that the question “outs” the whistleblower, that is not a basis for Chief Justice Roberts to not read the question. Nowhere in the Intelligence Community Whistleblower Protection Act of 1998, 5 U.S.C. 2302(b)(8)-(9), Pub.L. 101-12 as amended (“ICWPA”), which amended the Central Intelligence Agency Act of 1949 and the Inspector General Act of 1978, is anonymity even mentioned. On October 10, 2012, President Barack Obama issued Presidential Policy Directive 19, which provided specific whistleblower protections. Nothing in this directive provided anonymity for an intelligence community whistleblower; the directive prohibited retaliation against a whistleblower.

The Inspector General Act of 1978 prohibits the inspector general from releasing the name of a complainant, but this applies to no one else. Under the statutory framework, whistleblowers are granted certain rights against retaliation or reprisal in the workplace. In other words, they cannot be demoted, transferred, fired, or otherwise penalized for filing a complaint that meets the statutory whistleblower requirements. However, identity protection is neither provided for nor contemplated, anywhere in the statutory language.

Senator Paul should submit another question about Ciaramella, and when Roberts refuses to read it, object, and demand a count of Senators willing to overrule Roberts. It’s time to find out how many Senators believe that the accused has the right to face his accuser!

Sections 7(B) of the Inspector General Act of 1978 “provides for the identity of an employee making a complaint, such as a whistleblower, to remain undisclosed to the extent practicable: “The Inspector General shall not, after receipt of a complaint or information from an employee, disclose the identity of the employee without the consent of the employee, unless the Inspector General determines such disclosure is unavoidable during the investigation,” according to FactCheck.org.

Since Senator Paul is not the Inspector General (and neither am I), he is not precluded (and neither am I) from releasing the name of Ciaramella as the whistleblower.

Dave Chappelle: “I Don’t Look at Trump Supporters as My Enemy”

In an interview in which he discussed his support for 2020 Democratic presidential candidate Andrew Yang, the comedian Dave Chappelle said that he doesn’t look at Trump supporters as his enemy.

“I Understand Why People Voted for Trump”

“I like Andrew’s pragmatism,” Chappelle told reporters in Ames, Iowa.

“I don’t look at Trump supporters as my enemy at all. I understand why people voted for Trump. I understand people are desperate. And I think that Andrew is right you run against the reasons that Trump got elected,” Chappelle continued, going on to highlight that he has a broad appeal across the political spectrum, both professionally and personally.

“I got friends on both sides of the political aisle, I got fans on both sides of the political aisle,” Chappelle said.

Chappelle explained that he was backing Yang because he saw him as having a number of good ideas.

“A lot of people say professionally it’s not wise to support any candidate, but this idea is so good, that I think it should exist,” he explained.  “And I think the fountainhead of many of the good ideas on the table this year are coming from a single source — Andrew Yang. And for some reason, no one’s paying attention. This guy is the origin of a platform that really does address where I think the country needs to go.”

Chappelle Understands America

Chappelle endorsed Yang earlier this month, and pledged to do a number of shows in aid of his campaign. This should not come as a shock to anyone – Chappelle is really an old school liberal who likes to poke fun at everyone equally, and certainly doesn’t bow down to political correctness. His only two options on the Democrat field who are at least trying to reach across the aisle would be Yang or Sen. Tulsi Gabbard – everyone else constantly panders to the progressive left and outrage mob.

Both of them are also the only ones to have truly defended free speech, something that Chappelle holds dear in his heart. In his acceptance speech for the Mark Twain Award at the start of January, he fiercely defended the First Amendment, and declared stand-up comedy to be an “incredibly American genre”:

I don’t think any other country can produce this many comedians. Unbeknownst to many people in this audience, I don’t think there’s opinion that exists in this country that is not represented in a comedy club by somebody… I know comics that are very racist, and I watch ’em on stage, and everyone’s laughin’, I’m like, that motherf***** means it. Don’t get mad at ’em, don’t hate ’em, we go upstairs and have a beer and sometimes I even appreciate the artistry that they paint their racist opinions with. Man, it’s not that serious. The First Amendment is first for a reason. The Second Amendment is just in case the first one doesn’t work out.

If more of our comedians and entertainers were like Chappelle, who’s not afraid to poke fun at every issue, I think this country would be a lot more united politically than it is today. People are sick and tired of being ranted at by liberal elites who hate them for thinking differently. Dave Chappelle is a much needed breath of fresh air in this toxic environment.

Rush Limbaugh Touts Polls Showing Trump Surging Since Dems Began Impeachment

Conservative talk show host Rush Limbaugh shared several polls showing President Donald Trump surging since Democrats began their push for impeachment.

“Schiff had all the witnesses, and they don’t have any facts,” he explained. “It’s been going on since October.”

And it’s only making life harder on their party in the upcoming election …

“In an ABC News/Washington Post poll, Trump has surged by double digits in head-to-head matchups against his competitors,” Limbaugh relayed.

“Against the four most likely winners of the 2020 Democratic presidential primary, in October Trump was down 56 to 39 against [Biden],” he continued. “As of now, the gap has closed 13 points. Trump is down four points to [Biden], 50 to 46.”

Limbaugh further noted that the polls show Trump closing the gap between him and “crazy Bernie [Sanders]” – from 14 points to just two.

A Record Obama Would Envy

Limbaugh expanded on the matter, touting a recent Gallup poll, as covered here at The Political Insider, which indicates satisfaction with race relations and the position of minorities in America have significantly increased since President Trump took office.

Gallup discovered a trend demonstrating double-digit improvements in several categories – including how Americans view the nation’s economy, security from terrorism, military strength and the state of race relations in our country.

The position of blacks and other racial minorities in the nation also rose 9 percent since Trump’s first day in office.

The President is making headway with minorities, something that could seal his victory in 2020.

Gallup reveals that in general, Americans haven’t been this satisfied with the direction of the country in nearly 15 years.

The survey finds that Americans are overwhelmingly more satisfied with the state of the country than they were in the final days of the Obama-Biden presidency:

  • 68% of Americans are satisfied with the U.S. economy, up 22 points since Trump took office.
  • 68% of Americans are satisfied with the nation’s security from terrorism, up 18 points since Trump took office.
  • 81% of Americans are satisfied with the nation’s military strength and preparedness, up 15 points since Trump took office.

Race Relations

Limbaugh explained exactly why race relations actually deteriorated under Obama, America’s first black President.

“No criticism of the president was going to be permitted. Even warranted policy criticism would not be permitted because it was going to be called racist,” Limbaugh elucidated. “So race relations got far more friction with Obama in the White House.”

Former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice has, in the past, concurred that any media narrative that race relations are actually worse under President Trump than they were in the past is ridiculous.

“It sure doesn’t feel worse than when I grew up in Jim Crow Alabama. So let’s drop this notion that we’re worse race relations today than we were in the past,” Rice asserted in an interview with NBC’s ‘Today’ show.

Polling at the time of Obama’s election showed just how the former President was given a lot of credit to work with when it came to race relations and how he utterly squandered it by the time he left office.

One such survey a month prior to the 2016 election showed a majority of Americans believed race relations had worsened under Obama. 54% said the divide had grown worse, while a very low 16% said it had gotten better.

By contrast, in May of 2009, mere months into Obama’s first term, 32% of all Americans believed race relations had improved, while only 6% said they had gotten worse.

That is a massive 64-point turnaround. Obama took the racial harmony that led to his historic election and turned it into a wedge that divided the entire nation.

Just another mess President Trump is cleaning up to keep America great.

SHOWDOWN: Rand Paul Vows to Fight after Justice John Roberts Blocks Question Naming Whistleblower

Tensions were on the rise Wednesday evening as Chief Justice John Roberts blocked a question from Senator Rand Paul that would have identified the alleged whistleblower at the center of the impeachment trial.

Roberts’ actions prompted shouting from the Kentucky Senator as he vowed to “fight for recognition.”

Sean Davis, a co-founder of the Federalist, reported that Roberts, at the behest of Democrats, “previously vowed to ban any questions about the whistleblower whatsoever, named or not.”

“Roberts’ arbitrary and unilateral censorship of senators and Senate business raises serious questions about whether he would similarly ban any and all motions to subpoena by name the whistleblower … to compel his testimony,” Davis said.

GOP senators previously suggested having the whistleblower testify should witnesses be approved for the trial.

After Republicans threatened a vote to rebuke Roberts on the record, the Chief Justice retreated and said the actual name of the whistleblower would be the only thing earning a block.

Even that should be challenged.

Paul Fuming

Roberts move at the encouraging of Democrats, reportedly, left Paul fuming and vowing to engage in a fight to be heard.

“I don’t want to have to stand up to try and fight for recognition,” Paul was heard shouting during a break in the trial. “If I have to fight for recognition, I will.”

Reporter Niels Lesniewski said Paul’s complaint was “audible from the galleries above the chamber.”

Paul, who has been insistent on testimony from the whistleblower for the record, said “tbd [to be decided]” when asked if he would force the issue.

Outing the Whistleblower

As Senator Paul has explained time and again, whistleblowers are protected by federal law from retaliation in the workplace but are not guaranteed anonymity.

“The whistleblower statute protects the whistleblower from having his name revealed by the inspector general,” Paul previously noted when threatening to out him. “Even The New York Times admits that no one else is under any legal obligation.”

He has noted that the whistleblower is a material witness in the case “because he worked for Joe Biden at the same time Hunter Biden was receiving $50,000 per month.”

The Political Insider has identified the alleged whistleblower as CIA officer Eric Ciaramella, a registered Democrat who worked with former Vice President Joe Biden and former CIA Director John Brennan.

His identity is crucial because House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff and his office have allegedly coordinated the effort with him to take down President Trump.

Ciaramella’s work history and coordination with Schiff’s office would indicate a political bias – not a concern over truth and justice – in trying to impeach the President, something that is thoroughly relevant to the trial.

Attorney to the whistleblower, Mark Zaid, was revealed to have discussed a coup and other devious secret plans to oust the President.

“Democrats must be accountable for their hoaxes and their crimes,” Trump said regarding the ‘coup.’

Roberts, by protecting Schiff and the whistleblower, is assuring they will not be held accountable. Paul must continue to fight this and his Republican colleagues must stand with him.

Adam Schiff Claims ‘I Don’t Know Who the Whistleblower Is’

On Wednesday, House Intelligence Chairman Adam Schiff insisted that he did not know the identity of the so-called “whistleblower” who filed the original complaint about President Donald Trump that led to the impeachment trial.

‘I don’t know who the whistleblower is’

“First of all, I don’t know who the whistleblower is, I haven’t met them or communicated with them in any way,” Schiff said Wednesday during the Senate impeachment trial.

What Schiff failed to mention was that the “whistleblower” approached a House Intelligence Committee aide with supposed details about Trump’s phone call with Ukranian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

The New York Times reported that a Schiff committee staffer told the “whistleblower” to meet with the inspector general and file a whistleblower complaint.

Schiff Denies His Staff Did Anything to Help Whistleblower

Yet Schiff is still denying that any member of his staff did anything to help the “whistleblower.”

“The committee staff did not write the complaint or coach the whistleblower what to put in the complaint,” Schiff said.

Schiff condemned what he called a “conspiracy theory” that someone on his committee staff allegedly “colluded” with the whistleblower to craft a complaint that launched the impeachment investigation.

A spokesman for Schiff told the NYT that the whistleblower, “contacted the committee for guidance on how to report possible wrongdoing within the jurisdiction of the intelligence community.”

Schiff said his staff has shown “complete professionalism,” adding that members of his staff had become subject to threats on social media thanks to “smears” committed by President Trump and his allies.

Schiff Vowed Not to Reveal Identity

Schiff vowed he would not do anything to reveal or endanger the identity of the “whistleblower” as the trial continues.

Republican Congresswoman Elise Stefanik of New York accused Schiff on Twitter of lying about the “whistleblower.”

“Stunning that Adam Schiff lies to millions of Americans when he says he doesn’t know the identity of the whistleblower,” she wrote. “He absolutely knows the identity of the whistleblower because he coordinated with the individual before the whistleblower’s complaint! His staff helped write it!”

RELATED: ‘This Ain’t Over’: Doug Collins Challenges Schiff To Testify About Whistleblower

Many Republicans have called for the “whistleblower” to testify as part of the impeachment process, with Schiff repeatedly refusing at each turn.

On Wednesday, Schiff told the Senate that the “whistleblower” testifying was no longer relevant because President Trump released the transcript of the call.

“There’s no need for that whistleblower any more except to further endanger that person’s life,” Schiff said.
