Former CIA Director John Brennan Is ‘Embarrassed To Be A White Male’ – Here’s What He Should Be Embarrassed About

On Monday, former CIA Director John Brennan said in an interview that he is “increasingly embarrassed to be a white male” in reaction to investigations into the Capitol Hill riots on January 6.

Brennan made his bizarre racial comments during an MSNBC panel, where he serves as an intelligence analyst for the news outlet.

Brennan: ‘I’m Increasingly Embarrassed To Be A White Male These Days’

On the panel, Former Democratic Sen. Claire McCaskill told host MSNBC host Nicolle Wallace, “I have never seen so many whiny white men calling themselves victims as I saw over the weekend at (the Conservative Political Action Conference)]. I mean, these are all people who think they have a huge grievance from a position of significant privilege.”

McCaskill was asked for her take on Antifa and other left-wing radicals being blamed by some Republicans for the riots on January 6.

McCaskill replied, “It has really become the norm for the new Republican Party that lying is just peachy keen and I can’t believe the majority of America is gonna accept that, especially if we remain vigilant about pointing out what the facts are.”

Wallace then turned to Brennan for comments on this issue.

“Well, I must say, to Claire’s point, I’m increasingly embarrassed to be a white male these days,” Brennan replied,

Wallace laughed. Brennan added, “when I see (what) my other white males (are) saying.”

“It just shows that with very few exceptions like Mitt Romney, Liz Cheney, Adam Kinzinger, there are so few Republicans in Congress who value truth, honesty, and integrity, and so they’ll continue to gaslight the country the way that Donald Trump did,” Brennan said.

Many of us recall that Democrats sang a very different tune about Mitt Romney and the Cheneys before Donald Trump’s arrival on the political scene.

The former CIA director continued, “And the fact that this had such security and safety implications for the American public and for the members of Congress, again, as Claire said, it is just a disgusting display of craven politics that really should have no place in the United States in 2021.”

Isn’t that cute. You know who should have no place in politics, or polite society for that matter, in the United States in 2021?

John Brennan.

Brennan Should Be Ashamed To Be John Brennan

Notice that the few anti-Trump Republicans in Congress who Brennan believes “value truth, honesty, and integrity” are all pro-war George W. Bush-Dick Cheney-style Republicans, including the former VP’s own daughter, Congresswoman Liz Cheney.

Senator Rand Paul, who has battled these hawks – especially Liz Cheney – his entire political career laid out clearly in February 2020 what Brennan should be ashamed of.

When Paul opposed impeaching Trump, Brennan said of Paul, “He typifies the worst of (Trump’s) craven enablers. Any Senator excusing this dangerous behavior makes a mockery of public service.”

That’s when Sen. Paul let Brennan have it.

America Should Be Embarrassed Of John Brennan

“You want to know what’s a mockery of public service, John?” Paul shot back. “Killing 500 people outside of any judicial system. Drone strikes on American citizens. Approving British spies to present a dossier of lies paid for by Hillary. Lying to Congress.”

“Your shame alone should shut you up,” Paul added.

Overall, the pro-Trump libertarian-leaning senator was referring to Brennan’s neoconservative approach to national “security,” extra-judicial drone killings, and involvement with the infamous “Steele dossier” that kicked off Trump’s first impeachment.

The liberal media highlighted Brennan’s role as Obama’s “drone warrior” and “Obama’s drone-master.”

They even called him out for his wild 2011 claim that his drone strikes hadn’t caused “a single collateral death.”

If you recall, Obama had a secret “kill list,” which Brennan’s drone strikes helped to carry out.

The New York Times reported that President Trump ended Brennan’s “$1 billion secret CIA war in Syria,” in which Brennan and company armed “Syrian rebels,” with weapons falling into the hands of Al Qaeda allies.

At his confirmation hearing to be CIA Director, Brennan told Congress he knew about the CIA’s torture program and did nothing to stop it.

Many people don’t remember, but multiple mainstream outlets called on John Brennan to be fired for lying to Congress.

Bob Woodward reported that Brennan endorsed the infamous “Steele dossier” that led to the years-long Russia collusion hoax.

So the former CIA head is embarrassed of being a “white male.”

The entire country should be embarrassed of John Brennan.

Secret Report: CIA’s Brennan Overruled Dissenters Who Concluded Russia Favored Hillary

By Paul Sperry for RealClearInvestigations

Former CIA Director John Brennan personally edited a crucial section of the intelligence report on Russian interference in the 2016 election and assigned a political ally to take a lead role in writing it after career analysts disputed Brennan’s take that Russian leader Vladimir Putin intervened in the 2016 election to help Donald Trump clinch the White House, according to two senior U.S. intelligence officials who have seen classified materials detailing Brennan’s role in drafting the document.

The explosive conclusion Brennan inserted into the report was used to help justify continuing the Trump-Russia “collusion” investigation, which had been launched by the FBI in 2016.

It was picked up after the election by Special Counsel Robert Mueller, who in the end found no proof that Trump or his campaign conspired with Moscow.

The Obama administration publicly released a declassified version of the report — known as the “Intelligence Community Assessment on Russian Activities and Intentions in Recent Elections (ICA)” — just two weeks before Trump took office, casting a cloud of suspicion over his presidency.

RELATED: Investigation: The Senate’s ‘Russian Collusion’ Report Had No Smoking Gun

Democrats and national media have cited the report to suggest Russia influenced the 2016 outcome and warn that Putin is likely meddling again to reelect Trump.

The ICA is a key focus of U.S. Attorney John Durham’s ongoing investigation into the origins of the “collusion” probe. He wants to know if the intelligence findings were juiced for political purposes.

RealClearInvestigations has learned that one of the CIA operatives who helped Brennan draft the ICA, Andrea Kendall-Taylor, financially supported Hillary Clinton during the campaign and is a close colleague of Eric Ciaramella, identified last year by RCI as the Democratic national security “whistleblower” whose complaint led to Trump’s impeachment, ending in Senate acquittal in January.

The two officials said Brennan, who openly supported Clinton during the campaign, excluded conflicting evidence about Putin’s motives from the report, despite objections from some intelligence analysts who argued Putin counted on Clinton winning the election and viewed Trump as a “wild card.”

The dissenting analysts found that Moscow preferred Clinton because it judged she would work with its leaders, whereas it worried Trump would be too unpredictable.

As secretary of state, Clinton tried to “reset” relations with Moscow to move them to a more positive and cooperative stage, while Trump campaigned on expanding the U.S. military, which Moscow perceived as a threat.

These same analysts argued the Kremlin was generally trying to sow discord and disrupt the American democratic process during the 2016 election cycle.

They also noted that Russia tried to interfere in the 2008 and 2012 races, many years before Trump threw his hat in the ring.

“They complained Brennan took a thesis [that Putin supported Trump] and decided he was going to ignore dissenting data and exaggerate the importance of that conclusion, even though they said it didn’t have any real substance behind it,” said a senior U.S intelligence official who participated in a 2018 review of the spycraft behind the assessment, which President Obama ordered after the 2016 election.

He elaborated that the analysts said they also came under political pressure to back Brennan’s judgment that Putin personally ordered “active measures” against the Clinton campaign to throw the election to Trump, even though the underlying intelligence was “weak.”

The review, conducted by the House Intelligence Committee, culminated in a lengthy report that was classified and locked in a Capitol basement safe soon after Democratic Rep. Adam Schiff took control of the committee in January 2019.

The official said the committee spent more than 1,200 hours reviewing the ICA and interviewing analysts involved in crafting it, including the chief of Brennan’s so-called “fusion cell,” which was the interagency analytical group Obama’s top spook stood up to look into Russian influence operations during the 2016 election.

Durham is said to be using the long-hidden report, which runs 50-plus pages, as a road map in his investigation of whether the Obama administration politicized intelligence while targeting the Trump campaign and presidential transition in an unprecedented investigation involving wiretapping and other secret surveillance.

The special prosecutor recently interviewed Brennan for several hours at CIA headquarters after obtaining his emails, call logs and other documents from the agency. Durham has also quizzed analysts and supervisors who worked on the ICA.

A spokesman for Brennan said that, according to Durham, he is not the target of a criminal investigation and  “only a witness to events that are under review.”

Durham’s office did not respond to requests for comment.

The senior intelligence official, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss intelligence matters, said former senior CIA political analyst Kendall-Taylor was a key member of the team that worked on the ICA.

A Brennan protégé, she donated hundreds of dollars to Clinton’s 2016 campaign, federal records show. In June, she gave $250 to the Biden Victory Fund.

Kendall-Taylor and Ciaramella entered the CIA as junior analysts around the same time and worked the Russia beat together at CIA headquarters in Langley, Va.

From 2015 to 2018, Kendall-Taylor was detailed to the National Intelligence Council, where she was deputy national intelligence officer for Russia and Eurasia.

Ciaramella succeeded her in that position at NIC, a unit of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence that  oversees the CIA and the other intelligence agencies.

It’s not clear if Ciaramella also played a role in the drafting of the January 2017 assessment. He was working in the White House as a CIA detailee at the time.

The CIA declined comment.

RELATED: Trump Says Obama And Others Likely Guilty Of Treason When Asked About Susan Rice And Obamagate

Kendall-Taylor did not respond to requests for comment, but she recently defended the ICA as a national security expert in a CBS “60 Minutes” interview on Russia’s election activities, arguing it was a slam-dunk case “based on a large body of evidence that demonstrated not only what Russia was doing, but also its intent. And it’s based on a number of different sources, collected human intelligence, technical intelligence.”

But the secret congressional review details how the ICA, which was hastily put together over 30 days at the direction of Obama intelligence czar James Clapper, did not follow longstanding rules for crafting such assessments.

It was not farmed out to other key intelligence agencies for their input, and did not include an annex for dissent, among other extraordinary departures from past tradecraft.

It did, however, include a two-page annex summarizing allegations from a dossier compiled by former British intelligence officer Christopher Steele.

His claim that Putin had personally ordered cyberattacks on the Clinton campaign to help Trump win happened to echo the key finding of the ICA that Brennan supported.

Brennan had briefed Democratic senators about allegations from the dossier on Capitol Hill.

“Some of the FBI source’s [Steele’s] reporting is consistent with the judgment in the assessment,” stated the appended summary, which the two intelligence sources say was written by Brennan loyalists.

“The FBI source claimed, for example, that Putin ordered the influence effort with the aim of defeating Secretary Clinton, whom Putin ‘feared and hated.’ “

Steele’s reporting has since been discredited by the Justice Department’s inspector general as rumor-based opposition research on Trump paid for by the Clinton campaign.

Several allegations have been debunked, even by Steele’s own primary source, who confessed to the FBI that he ginned the rumors up with some of his Russian drinking buddies to earn money from Steele.

Former FBI Director James Comey told the Justice Department’s watchdog that the Steele material, which he referred to as the “Crown material,” was incorporated with the ICA because it was “corroborative of the central thesis of the assessment “The IC analysts found it credible on its face,” Comey said.

The officials who have read the secret congressional report on the ICA dispute that.

They say a number of analysts objected to including the dossier, arguing it was political innuendo and not sound intelligence.

“The staff report makes it fairly clear the assessment was politicized and skewed to discredit Trump’s election,” said the second U.S. intelligence source, who also requested anonymity.

RELATED: Homeland Security Committee: Hunter Biden Received Millions From Ex-Moscow Mayor’s Wife

Kendall-Taylor denied any political bias factored into the intelligence. “To suggest that there was political interference in that process is ridiculous,” she recently told NBC News.

Her boss during the ICA’s drafting was CIA officer Julia Gurganus. Clapper tasked Gurganus, then detailed to NIC as its national intelligence officer for Russia and Eurasia, with coordinating the production of the ICA with Kendall-Taylor.

They, in turn, worked closely with NIC’s cybersecurity expert Vinh Nguyen, who had been consulting with Democratic National Committee cybersecurity contractor CrowdStrike to gather intelligence on the alleged Russian hacking of the Democratic National Committee computer system.

(CrowdStrike’s president has testified he couldn’t say for sure Russian intelligence stole DNC emails, according to recently declassified transcripts.)

Durham’s investigators have focused on people who worked at NIC during the drafting of the ICA, according to recent published reports.

No Input From CIA’s ‘Russia House’

The senior official who identified Kendall-Taylor said Brennan did not seek input from experts from CIA’s so-called Russia House, a department within Langley officially called the Center for Europe and Eurasia, before arriving at the conclusion that Putin meddled in the election to benefit Trump.

“It was not an intelligence assessment. It was not coordinated in the [intelligence] community or even with experts in Russia House,” the official said.

“It was just a small group of people selected and driven by Brennan himself … and Brennan did the editing.”

The official noted that National Security Agency analysts also dissented from the conclusion that Putin personally sought to tilt the scale for Trump.

One of only three agencies from the 17-agency intelligence community invited to participate in the ICA, the NSA had a lower level of confidence than the CIA and FBI, specifically on that bombshell conclusion.

The official said the NSA’s departure was significant because the agency monitors the communications of Russian officials overseas. Yet it could not corroborate Brennan’s preferred conclusion through its signals intelligence.

Former NSA Director Michael Rogers, who has testified that the conclusion about Putin and Trump “didn’t have the same level of sourcing and the same level of multiple sources,” reportedly has been cooperating with Durham’s probe.

The second senior intelligence official, who has read a draft of the still-classified House Intelligence Committee review, confirmed that career intelligence analysts complained that the ICA was tightly controlled and manipulated by Brennan, who previously worked in the Obama White House.

RELATED: FBI Agent Who Discovered Hillary’s Emails On Anthony Weiner’s Laptop Claims He Was Told to Erase His Own Computer

“It wasn’t 17 agencies and it wasn’t even a dozen analysts from the three agencies who wrote the assessment,” as has been widely reported in the media, he said. “It was just five officers of the CIA who wrote it, and Brennan hand-picked all five. And the lead writer was a good friend of Brennan’s.”

Brennan’s tight control over the process of drafting the ICA belies public claims the assessment reflected the “consensus of the entire intelligence community.” His unilateral role also raises doubts about the objectivity of the intelligence.

In his defense, Brennan has pointed to a recent Senate Intelligence Committee report that found “no reason to dispute the Intelligence Community’s conclusions.”

“The ICA correctly found the Russians interfered in our 2016 election to hurt Secretary Clinton and help the candidacy of Donald Trump,” argued committee Vice Chairman Mark Warner, D-Va.

“Our review of the highly classified ICA and underlying intelligence found that this and other conclusions were well-supported,” Warner added. “There is certainly no reason to doubt that the Russians’ success in 2016 is leading them to try again in 2020, and we must not be caught unprepared.”

However, the report completely blacks out a review of the underlying evidence to support the Brennan-inserted conclusion, including an entire section labeled “Putin Ordered Campaign to Influence U.S. Election.” Still, it suggests elsewhere that conclusions are supported by intelligence with “varying substantiation” and with “differing confidence levels.” It also notes “concerns about the use of specific sources.”

Adding to doubts, the committee relied heavily on the closed-door testimony of former Obama homeland security adviser Lisa Monaco, a close Brennan ally who met with Brennan and his “fusion team” at the White House before and after the election. The extent of Monaco’s role in the ICA is unclear.

Brennan last week pledged he would cooperate with two other Senate committees investigating the origins of the Russia “collusion” investigation. The Senate judiciary and governmental affairs panels recently gained authority to subpoena Brennan and other witnesses to testify.

Several Republican lawmakers and former Trump officials are clamoring for the declassification and release of the secret House staff report on the ICA.

RELATED: MSNBC’s Chris Hayes Claims Trump Openly Planning ‘Coup To Steal The Election’

“It’s dynamite,” said former CIA analyst Fred Fleitz, who reviewed the staff report while serving as chief of staff to then-National Security Adviser John Bolton.

“There are things in there that people don’t know,” he told RCI. “It will change the dynamic of our understanding of Russian meddling in the election.”

However, according to the intelligence official who worked on the ICA review, Brennan ensured that it would be next to impossible to declassify his sourcing for the key judgment on Putin. He said Brennan hid all sources and references to the underlying intelligence behind a highly sensitive and compartmented wall of classification.

He explained that he and Clapper created two classified versions of the ICA – a highly restricted Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information version that reveals the sourcing, and a more accessible Top Secret version that omits details about the sourcing.

Unless the classification of compartmented findings can be downgraded, access to Brennan’s questionable sourcing will remain highly restricted, leaving the underlying evidence conveniently opaque, the official said.

McMaster And The ‘Deep State’: Some People In The Administration Are Trying To Save The World ‘From The President’

Former National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster made a recent comment that will surely leave believers of the ‘deep state’ wondering.

McMaster, during an interview with “60 minutes,” stated there is a group of people within the White House who believe they are saving the world “from the President.”

He believes there are three groups of people operating within the administration.

“There is certainly one group of people there who are there to serve the elected president and to serve the country,” said McMaster.

“I think there are other groups there though, as well, a second group that is there really, instead of providing options to the elected president, they really want to advance their narrow agendas,” he admitted.

The third group is one Raw Story defines as “secret members.”

H.R. McMaster Downplays the Deep State

McMaster explained there is “a third group … who cast themselves in the role of saving the country and maybe the world from the president.”

He did add, though, that he believes this is the case with “any administration.”

“60 Minutes” reiterated the point, saying “as in all administrations, the West Wing was riven by rivals.”

Reporter Scott Pelley pressed McMaster on whether or not he fell into the group trying to save the world from Donald Trump.

“No,” he replied. “It was my duty to help the president come to his own decisions.”

Was it not your duty to let him know there were people trying to undermine the duly elected President?

Trump Believes in a Deep State

President Trump recently accused a “deep state” at the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) trying to slow down the testing of COVID vaccines.

“The deep state, or whoever, over at the FDA is making it very difficult for drug companies to get people in order to test the vaccines and therapeutics,” he tweeted weeks ago.

“Obviously, they are hoping to delay the answer until after November 3rd. Must focus on speed, and saving lives!”

While McMaster contends there is a ‘deep state’ battling every administration, there hasn’t likely been quite at the level of those battling President Trump.

Recently released documents from the Department of Justice show multiple members of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s team that investigated the President engaged in some shady activity.

They “accidentally wiped” their phones after the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) requested them.

Meanwhile, the Senate Homeland Security Committee has voted to authorize over three dozen subpoenas and depositions of Obama-era officials.

The officials – which include former FBI Director James Comey – were involved in the 2016 Russia investigation into the Trump campaign.

These seem like ‘deep state’ actors, some of who engaged in a cover-up.

A Daily Beast article from 2018 parrots exactly what McMaster is saying, with some in the Justice Department practically admitting to their ‘deep state’ activities.

“We see ourselves as rebels,” one official told the Beast, laughing at the notion.

They added that a “senior official” in the anti-Trump movement who had written an anonymous New York Times op-ed was cause for celebration.

A separate official admitted actual celebrations took place after the ‘resistance’ op-ed was published.

“We even went around fist-bumping each other,” they said.

SHOWDOWN: Rand Paul Vows to Fight after Justice John Roberts Blocks Question Naming Whistleblower

Tensions were on the rise Wednesday evening as Chief Justice John Roberts blocked a question from Senator Rand Paul that would have identified the alleged whistleblower at the center of the impeachment trial.

Roberts’ actions prompted shouting from the Kentucky Senator as he vowed to “fight for recognition.”

Sean Davis, a co-founder of the Federalist, reported that Roberts, at the behest of Democrats, “previously vowed to ban any questions about the whistleblower whatsoever, named or not.”

“Roberts’ arbitrary and unilateral censorship of senators and Senate business raises serious questions about whether he would similarly ban any and all motions to subpoena by name the whistleblower … to compel his testimony,” Davis said.

GOP senators previously suggested having the whistleblower testify should witnesses be approved for the trial.

After Republicans threatened a vote to rebuke Roberts on the record, the Chief Justice retreated and said the actual name of the whistleblower would be the only thing earning a block.

Even that should be challenged.

Paul Fuming

Roberts move at the encouraging of Democrats, reportedly, left Paul fuming and vowing to engage in a fight to be heard.

“I don’t want to have to stand up to try and fight for recognition,” Paul was heard shouting during a break in the trial. “If I have to fight for recognition, I will.”

Reporter Niels Lesniewski said Paul’s complaint was “audible from the galleries above the chamber.”

Paul, who has been insistent on testimony from the whistleblower for the record, said “tbd [to be decided]” when asked if he would force the issue.

RELATED: Photo Emerges of Alleged Whistleblower Shaking Hands With Obama

Outing the Whistleblower

As Senator Paul has explained time and again, whistleblowers are protected by federal law from retaliation in the workplace but are not guaranteed anonymity.

“The whistleblower statute protects the whistleblower from having his name revealed by the inspector general,” Paul previously noted when threatening to out him. “Even The New York Times admits that no one else is under any legal obligation.”

He has noted that the whistleblower is a material witness in the case “because he worked for Joe Biden at the same time Hunter Biden was receiving $50,000 per month.”

The Political Insider has identified the alleged whistleblower as CIA officer Eric Ciaramella, a registered Democrat who worked with former Vice President Joe Biden and former CIA Director John Brennan.

His identity is crucial because House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff and his office have allegedly coordinated the effort with him to take down President Trump.

Ciaramella’s work history and coordination with Schiff’s office would indicate a political bias – not a concern over truth and justice – in trying to impeach the President, something that is thoroughly relevant to the trial.

Attorney to the whistleblower, Mark Zaid, was revealed to have discussed a coup and other devious secret plans to oust the President.

“Democrats must be accountable for their hoaxes and their crimes,” Trump said regarding the ‘coup.’

Roberts, by protecting Schiff and the whistleblower, is assuring they will not be held accountable. Paul must continue to fight this and his Republican colleagues must stand with him.

DEVELOPING: Taliban Claims it Shot Down U.S. Air Force Plane Carrying CIA Officials in Afghanistan

By LifeZette | January 27, 2020

The Taliban has just taken responsibility, claiming they shot down a United States Air Force plane in Afghanistan which they say was carrying ‘high-ranking’ CIA officers.

The Daily Star reported that the aircraft was shot down on Monday afternoon in the Ghazni province of the Middle Eastern nation.

Originally, it was claimed by local officials that the plane was a Boeing 737-400 jet belonging to Ariana Airlines that was carrying 83 people, but photos clearly showed that the aircraft had a U.S. Air Forces logo.

This caused the U.S. military to launch an investigation into the incident, and the Taliban has since admitted that they shot down the plane, which was in fact a U.S. Air Force Bombardier E-11A.

According to the The Daily Star, a Taliban spokesman said in a statement that everyone onboard the plane was killed, and that passengers included high-ranking CIA officers.

Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid added that “lots” of U.S. service members were killed in the crash, but since the terrorist group is known to exaggerate when it comes to casualty figures, it is unknown at this time just if the statement is true or not.

RELATED: Rocket Strikes U.S. Embassy in Baghdad

The plane reportedly came down in the mountainous Deh Yak district just 10km (6.2 miles) from a U.S. military base at around 1:15pm local time.

The area where the plane crashed is controlled by the Taliban, which made it difficult for Afghan forces to reach the crash site earlier.

The U.S. Air Force has yet to officially commented on this situation.

“We are aware of the reports and are investigating,” an official with the U.S. Defense Department told Military Times. “At this point, we cannot confirm it is a DOD [Department of Defense] asset.”

Ghazni police commander Ahmed Khalid Wardak told the BBC that there is currently no information available about casualties, as it is unknown just how many people were onboard the plane at the time of the crash.

Intel Hero Recovers From Clinton Machine Hit

By David Kamioner | January 27, 2020

Wayne Simmons, 66, served his country for most of his adult life. First in the Navy, enlisting in 1973, and soon after that in the shadowy world of undercover operations.

But at the same time he was coming up the Intel ladder another even more covert shadow was rising in America. It was, beginning with the mid-70s Church Committee in the Senate, the ascendancy of an anti-American establishment inside of the American elite. That group would slowly gain power over the years, in the process doing all they could to cripple U.S. Intelligence.

Wayne Simmons would become a victim of their sordid quest.

RELATED:  Rocket Strikes U.S. Embassy in Baghdad

According to Simmons, he spent 27 years in the covert world as a contractor with the CIA in sensitive posts that took him from Central America to Afghanistan. He was in that war torn Asian locale as late as 2010, though officially retired since 2000.

After his service he became an unpaid analyst for Fox News Channel from 2002-2014. That’s where he ran afoul of the Clinton Machine.

In 2012 Hillary Clinton was serving, mostly herself, as the Secretary of State in the Obama administration. In September of that year our Libyan embassy was overrun in Benghazi. Ambassador Chris Stevens and others were killed by an Islamist mob. Obama, Clinton, and their cohorts at first lied about the attack and then ignored it ever happened. The blood still stains their hands.

Veterans of the Intel world like Simmons, and this analyst, were outraged at this betrayal of U.S. personnel in the field. Simmons had been saying as much on Fox News. That put him on the Clinton radar.

RELATED: 15+ Photos that Undeniably Prove President Trump and the First Lady Support our Military

Two weeks after he again laid the blame for the attack square on the shoulders of Hillary Clinton on a show on Fox News, he got a knock on his door. It was April 9, 2014.

Federal agents interviewed him in his home. 18 months later he was arrested on charges involving fraud against the government. The apparent scope of his legal railroading defies imagination. The judge and his own attorney were old associates who allegedly bartered Simmons’ fate between themselves. The process was not to the benefit of Simmons.

It resulted in Simmons being found guilty of a charge he only found out about at the last minute. This was after a deal had supposedly been worked out with the prosecution. The same judge, T.S. Ellis, also handled the Manafort and Mike Flynn cases.

Simmons then spent 25 months of his 33 month sentence in a federal prison. He was released this last October 18th.

Today he resides in Annapolis, Maryland. He is working on clearing his name and various other projects. Before this article I came to know of him. I now consider him a friend. One that has been wronged by those who have also wronged America for quite awhile.

It’s time that score got evened.
