Comparing Trump To Biden On The Economy Is Like Comparing A Corvette To A Pinto

Anyone that thinks Joe Biden is going to bring back the economy or do better than the Trump economy is smoking that magical Latin lettuce.

First, Democrats do not build economies, they tear them down.

Second, Trump has been a businessman his entire adult life, while Biden has been a career politician with zero business sense for nearly half a century.

Asking Biden to manage anything above and beyond his personal bank account is already exceeding his limits.

For 47 years, lawmaker Biden stood by, did nothing, and watched as America’s wealth, business, technology, manufacturing, industry, intellectual property, and millions of jobs left the country in favor of the likes of countries like Mexico, China, and India.

Suddenly he has a “plan” to reverse Trump’s tax cuts for the middle class, raise taxes on businesses again, and give foreign governments the advantage in every trade agreement once again.

Right, that will “fix” things.

It’s All About The Economy, Stupid

Businesses in the US are very vocal about why they began to expand and hire like wildfire when Trump was elected.

He cut regulations and cut taxes — the two most important factors a business looks at when planning an expansion.

I recall an interview I saw with the owner of a small factory (~100 employees).

In the last year alone of Obama’s reign, he said his business was hit with 300+ new regulations. How can anyone do business like that?

Trump has so far removed over 25,000 PAGES of federal regulations. That, along with the tax reform he passed, turbocharged the economy.

And once the lockdowns are over, we’ll go back to the lowest unemployment rates in history.

As long as Hiden Biden stays in his basement, that is.

Democrat Agenda Is Quickest To Oblivion

If you listen to what the Democrats or the media say about the economy and jobs, you would think it’s a disaster everywhere.

There is a different reality for many Americans.

The speed of economic recovery is ordinarily directly proportional to the depth of the recession.

The 2009 recession should have rebounded very quickly due to its depth.

Obama’s policies interminably drew it out by influencing companies to offshore work and split full-time jobs into multiple no-benefit part-time jobs through over-taxation, over-regulation, and Obamacare.

This was not his intent, of course. It’s just the natural effect of Democrat policies.

The economy roared to life when Trump was elected because he reversed the crippling Democrat policies that had slowed the recovery to a crawl.

I Am Still Not Over This Yet

Call me a child if you like, but I never thought I would see what I see in my country.

Politicized branches of our government going after their political opponents.

One political party purchasing Russian misinformation from a former foreign spy to initiate impeachment proceedings against a duly elected POTUS.

It’s on video, and the “corrupt media” tells us it’s not a story worthy of being investigated.

The media tells you this never happened:

Who Really Supports Biden?

Nobody actually supports Biden. Biden himself is nothing more than a figurehead.

His supporters are not his supporters, but instead victims of the weaponization of psychology, mass propaganda, and gaslighting perpetrated most especially for the past 4 years – but it’s been a work of decades (Losing your job is good for us as a whole! Sending manufacturing abroad, which strengthens communist China, will benefit everyone!).

Globalization weakened the average person’s relevance and self-confidence within his own country.

Trump, the counter to Globalism, has been relentlessly attacked by formerly authoritative institutions, including the media, intelligence, and other government agencies.

This has divided the populace into those who see through the manipulation and those who have, due to internal weakness, been susceptible to it.

They have been driven insane through a combination of Social Media (designed to be addictive) and the MSM (who transitioned to outrage addiction as their profit model in the Internet age).

So, in short, who supports Biden? TDS loonies.

If Biden Won’t Tell You Where He Stands on Packing the Supreme Court, He Doesn’t Deserve Your Vote

It is hard to imagine a serious candidate for President refusing to tell you where he stands on the future of the Supreme Court of the United States, but here we are.

On Thursday, former Vice President Joe Biden was – once again – asked whether or not he would support legislation to pack the Supreme Court with additional Justices.

Biden’s response was, “You’ll know my position on court-packing the day after the election.”

RELATED: Biden Refuses To Reveal His Stance On Packing Supreme Court Until After Election

Biden Is Trying To Hide His Views On Court Packing

Biden’s justification for refusing to tell voters where he stands on the future of the Supreme Court until after he is elected is, in his own words, “The moment I answer that question, the headline in every one of your papers will be about that rather than focusing on what’s happening now.”

Court-packing was attempted once before.

In 1937, President Franklin Roosevelt proposed expanding the Supreme Court to include as many as 15 justices in response to a series of rulings finding that certain parts of Roosevelt’s New Deal program were unconstitutional.

During the previous two years, the high court had struck down several key pieces of New Deal legislation on the grounds that the laws delegated an unconstitutional amount of authority to the executive branch and the federal government.

Flushed with his landslide reelection in 1936, President Roosevelt issued a proposal in February 1937 to provide retirement at full pay for all members of the court over 70.

If a justice refused to retire, an “assistant” with full voting rights was to be appointed, thus ensuring Roosevelt a liberal majority.

Most Republicans and many Democrats in Congress opposed the so-called “court-packing” plan.

Until very recently, Roosevelt’s court-packing effort was viewed as one of FDR’s most high-profile missteps and almost universally dismissed by historians and legal scholars as a terrible idea.

The current court-packing scheme is supported by liberals who once described court-packing as “institutionally corrosive” and “politically unserious.”

RELATED: ‘Woke’ Politics Poses the First Serious Challenge To Our Constitutional Democracy Since Communism

Why Support Court Packing Now? The Reason Is Simple

What was institutionally corrosive has suddenly become a cause celebre on the left for one reason: conservatives are poised to take control of the Court for a generation.

The death of Ruth Bader Ginsburg and the nomination of Amy Coney Barrett to replace her poses an existential threat to liberals’ control over their favorite and most reliable weapon: the Supreme Court.

With prominent liberals pushing for court-packing and with polling showing that 60% of Democrats support the court-packing scheme, you would think that the Democratic nominee for President would take a position, one way or the other, on the issue.

Alas, Joe Biden refuses to.

Biden’s refusal, and the refusal of his running mate Kamala Harris, to take a position on the future of the Supreme Court is not simply unacceptable.

It is disqualifying.

Democrats are telling voters that the future of same-sex marriage, healthcare, abortion, and the environment all hang in the balance as a result of the vacancy on the Supreme Court.

“You Have To Vote For Joe Biden So You Can Find Out What’s In Him”

They are doing this while their own nominee refuses to even answer the question about whether or not he would support efforts to pack the Supreme Court.

Biden’s outrageous response recalls Nancy Pelosi’s now infamous line about Obamacare:

“We have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it.”

It’s absolutely preposterous. The American people deserve to know where a Presidential candidate stands on the future of the Supreme Court.

RELATED: Kamala Harris Didn’t Make One Mention Of Impeachment During Debate – But Mike Pence Did

By nominating Amy Coney Barrett, President Trump has told the American people exactly what kind of Supreme Court they would get by voting for him.

Joe Biden is refusing to do the same.

If you can’t tell voters where you stand on an issue as critical as this – you don’t deserve to be President.

Pelosi Suggests Using 25th Amendment To Remove Trump From Office Before Election

On Thursday, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi implied that she is looking at removing President Donald Trump from power  using the U.S. Constitution’s 25th Amendment.

Pelosi said to reporters during a press briefing, “Tomorrow, by the way, tomorrow — come here tomorrow. We’re going to be talking about the 25th Amendment.”

Pelosi’s comments come after her Democratic House already impeached the President, though the Senate declined to convict.

RELATED: What If Trump Becomes Too Ill? Here’s What Happened When Past Presidents Had Emergencies

The Purpose Of The 25th Amendment To The U.S. Constitution

Using the 25th Amendment to essentially undo the 2016 presidential election has been a topic of discussion among Democrats and Never Trump Republicans since Trump first stepped into the White House.

Enacted in 1967, the purpose of the 25th Amendment was two fold:

  • To ensure that the United States has an Acting President in times when the duly-elected president can no longer lead, due to death, illness, or some other factors.
  • To set in stone the line of succession.

For example, when President Ronald Reagan underwent surgery in 1985 and Vice President George H.W. Bush was Acting President for that time.

George W. Bush also transferred power to Vice President Dick Cheney while Bush underwent surgery.

Section 4 of the 25th Amendment allows for Congress and the Vice President to remove the President from power. From History.com:

Section 4 stipulates that when the vice president and a majority of a body of Congress declare in writing to the president pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House that the president is unable to perform the duties of the office, the vice president immediately becomes acting president.

Pelosi appears to be looking at this section of the 25th Amendment.

President Pelosi?

Speaker Pelosi’s mention of the 25th Amendment comes not just after impeachment, but also amid speculation that Pelosi herself could become Acting President in the event of election chaos.

The possibility of her becoming president has been raised by many including Pelosi herself.

It is unlikely, but possible, that if the issues with the election leave no clear winner, and if the House is unable to reach a conclusion before January 20, 2021, Pelosi could become Acting President.

25th Amendment Interest Rose After First Couple’s COVID-19 Diagnosis

After it was announced that President Trump and First Lady Melania were diagnosed with COVID-19 last week, interest in the 25th Amendment rose online.

CBS News reported, “(T)he news of his positive coronavirus test drove an immediate surge in Google searches for the 25th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which lays out the succession for the executive branch should the president be incapacitated or deemed unable to carry out the duties of the presidency.

RELATED: Pelosi Signals She Is Prepared To Become Acting President If Election Descends Into Chaos

When White House communications director Alyssa Farah was asked if Vice President Mike Pence might have to become Acting President while Trump was at Walter Reed, she replied, “The president is in charge.”

Still, the pattern of trying to remove Trump from office and defy the results of the 2016 election are clear.

The Democrats spent most of Trump’s first term impeaching him.

Pelosi even threatened to advance impeachment a second time over Trump’s nomination of Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court.

Now, Pelosi is talking about using the 25th Amendment.

Their mission since the 2016 election ended has been to undo its results.

If they care to be honest, Democrats might want to change the name of their party because their respect for democracy is at an all-time low.

That change is about as likely as President Nancy Pelosi ever happening.

Kamala Harris Didn’t Make One Mention Of Impeachment During Debate – But Mike Pence Did

2020 Democratic vice presidential nominee Kamala Harris curiously didn’t have anything to say Wednesday night about her party’s years-long impeachment crusade against President Trump over alleged “Russian collusion.”

But Mike Pence did.

I can’t be the only person in America who finds it strange that neither the Democrat Party’s presidential or vice presidential nominees mentioned that their opponent was impeached (even if the Senate failed to convict).

After all, impeachment is extremely rare. So why don’t the Democrats attack the Trump administration for it?

RELATED: Mike Pence: Democrats Don’t Talk About Joe Biden’s Agenda, ‘And If I Were Them, I Wouldn’t Either’

Pence to Harris: Democrats Spent The Last 3.5 Years Trying To Overturn The Last Election

Democrat reticence to attack Trump for being impeached is especially ironic, given the deluge of claims from the media and Democrats that Trump will “refuse to peacefully transfer power” if he loses the election.

The impeachment scam was the culmination of Democrats refusing to accept the results of the 2016 election.

Some are even saying the left will refuse to accept the results again in 2020, should Trump emerge victorious.

When Susan Page, the moderator of the first and only 2020 vice presidential debate, asked if President Donald Trump would accept a “peaceful transfer of power” should he lose in November, Pence decided it was a good time to bring the issue up.

“When you talk about accepting the outcome of the election, I must tell you, Senator, your party has spent the last three and a half years trying to overturn the results of the last election,” Pence charged.

“It’s amazing,” he added.

Pence Says Democrats Spied On Trump-Pence 2016 Campaign

Vice President Pence took it a step further – noting that the left’s refusal to accept the results of the 2016 election came even before the election happened.

“When Joe Biden was vice president of the United States, the FBI actually spied on President Trump and my campaign,” Pence said.

He continued, “There were documents released this week that the CIA actually made a referral to the FBI documenting that those allegations were coming from the Hillary Clinton campaign, and of course, we’ve all seen the avalanche, what you put the country through for the better part of three years until it was found that there was no obstruction, no collusion, case closed.”

Just before the debate, the Director of National Intelligence declassified files that show Pence is right.

Don’t forget, an investigation into the Obama administration’s actions during the 2016 campaign is ongoing.

And one FBI lawyer has already pled guilty to making false statements.

It’s not hard at all to follow the string that leads from “spying on the Trump campaign” to “refusing to accept the election results” to “impeachment.”

And it’s something they don’t want to talk about much these days. Just ask Kamala Harris.

Vice President Pence added, “And then, Senator Harris, you and your colleagues in the Congress, trying to impeach the President of the United States over a phone call.”

Hillary Clinton to Biden: Don’t Concede The Election

On left-wing charges that Trump won’t accept a peaceful transfer of power if he loses the election, Pence flipped the script.

“And now, Hillary Clinton actually said to Joe Biden that, in her words, under no circumstances should he concede the election.”

The media bias is plain as day.

Why haven’t reporters or debate moderators harangued Team Biden about accepting the results of the election should they lose?

RELATED: Mike Pence Eager To Debate Biden’s Hotheaded VP Nominee Kamala Harris And Set The Record Straight

Only Republicans Seem To Talk About Impeachment These Days

In the first presidential debate, impeachment was not mentioned by the moderator Chris Wallace, though President Trump cited it a few times.

In the vice presidential debate, it was only mentioned when Mike Pence did so.

For years, impeachment seemed to be the only thing Democrats wanted to talk about.

Now you won’t hear about it – unless Republicans remind us of the duplicity the Democrats perpetrated.

Who Wants to Blow Up Our Constitution? (Spoiler: It’s Not Trump)

By Charles Lipson for RealClearPolitics

The most profound attacks on Donald Trump are that his presidency is illegitimate and that he wants to destroy our constitutional structure.

The Democrats have leveled those accusations for four years, accompanied by charges he is a wannabe dictator, elected thanks to his good buddy, Vladimir Putin.

These frenzied charges, we now know, were invented and paid for by Hillary Clinton’s campaign, and then funneled to the U.S. government through the FBI, Department of Justice, and State Department.

Meanwhile, the CIA and then the FBI were busy spying on the Trump campaign (and, later, in the FBI’s case, on the Trump presidency), trying to find “collusion” with Russia.

Their relentless effort led to the appointment of Special Counsel Robert Mueller, whose partisan team knew almost immediately there was no proof of these damning allegations.

They should have told the public immediately.

Instead, they spent the next two years trying — and failing — to catch President Trump on a “process” crime of obstructing justice, without any underlying crime to investigate.

RELATED: Secret Report: CIA’s Brennan Overruled Dissenters Who Concluded Russia Favored Hillary

They were pursuing a person, not a crime, violating our most basic idea of legitimate law enforcement.

Trump actually cooperated fully with the collusion investigation, providing millions of otherwise-privileged documents, but he didn’t bite on a personal interview designed to catch him in a purported false statement.

(His promise to cooperate fully with Mueller’s collusion investigation was based on the special counsel’s explicit promise to complete the investigation quickly. Mueller’s team reneged on that assurance after they received all the White House documents and testimony they sought.)

Why bother trying to lure the president into a false-statement trap if you can’t indict him?

Simple: because Mueller’s team, effectively led by his zealous deputy, Andrew Weissmann, wanted to help House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, so she could impeach the president.

That effort failed because the special prosecutor’s office  didn’t come up with convincing evidence. The investigation by Pelosi acolyte Adam Schiff also failed.

As chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, Schiff had already elicited testimony, under oath, from Obama administration officials, all of whom said there was no evidence of Trump-Russia collusion.

He kept that testimony secret for two years so the public would never find out.

With these failures accumulating, Schiff’s team suddenly spied another pot of gold at the end of the rainbow: alleged malfeasance by Trump regarding Ukraine.

RELATED: Investigation: The Senate’s ‘Russian Collusion’ Report Had No Smoking Gun

It was fool’s gold, but it was enough for House Democrats, who voted to impeach the president on a party-line vote. The public wasn’t convinced.

House Democrats never won the broad support they needed to convince senators to remove a duly-elected president. How badly did this impeachment effort fail?

The Democratic National Convention, held just six months later, simply ignored the whole embarrassing episode.

Even the most rabid partisans didn’t care.

These repeated attacks may not have forced Trump out of office, but they succeeded in another way: They hobbled his presidency for four years. Today, the cumulative damage makes his reelection an uphill struggle.

So does the COVID pandemic and Trump’s response to it, which the public considers mediocre (or worse) and confusing.

Trump’s narcissism/constant self-promotion doesn’t help, either. It repels many educated voters, especially with women.

The vitriolic conflicts surrounding Donald Trump have obscured two crucial issues, which voters ought to weigh carefully as they choose the next president.

One is the difference between Trump’s impulsive, divisive personality and the policies he has actually pursued. The other is the Democrats’ threat to significantly change the structure of American government.

The two issues are intertwined since Trump’s policies are, at bottom, an effort to restore America’s traditional federal structure and limit the power of unelected officials in Washington.

His efforts to roll back the regulatory state also curtail the power of lobbyists and their powerful employers, since they hold the greatest influence over detailed rules and regulations, not general laws like tax rates.

Trump’s tweets and rambling public comments project strong, personalized, centralized power. That’s the essence of the “wannabe dictator” charge against him.

In fact, his basic policies are quite different from that self-inflated persona.

For all Trump’s braggadocio, he has tried to move the country away from Washington’s centralized control, away from control by executive branch bureaucracies (though not from the White House itself), and toward federalism and policymaking by the elected officials.

No president in modern times has waged a more sustained battle against powerful entrenched interests and their phalanx of lobbyists, who rotate in and out of government.

Trump’s most important domestic policies are aimed squarely at wresting control from these special interests and their apologists in the mainstream media.

To do so, Trump has tried to return policymaking to elected officials and senior Cabinet appointees and away from the lower-level bureaucrats, whose regulations dominate Americans’ everyday lives.

Likewise, he has tried to wrest control of the federal courts away from judges who act like unelected legislators and return them to judges who see a more modest role for themselves: interpreting laws and the Constitution as written.

Taken together, Trump’s major initiatives are an effort to restore the traditional balance between Washington and the states, between those elected to make laws and those responsible for executing them or adjudicating disputes.

Not surprisingly, these efforts have met ferocious opposition, led by liberals who established the bureaucratic behemoths in the mid-1960s, by progressives who want to expand them still further, and by interest groups that profit from these massive programs.

These disputes, not Trump’s personality, are the heart of America’s modern political divide.

Joe Biden is simply the familiar face of the old guard, repeating hoary nostrums by rote. Their last ideas died decades ago.

Their only answer now is to enlarge the programs and spend more money.

The new ideas come not from this nomenclatura but from the progressive and socialist left, who want to take giant strides toward centralized, regulatory government, paid for with higher taxes and more debt.

They are determined to redistribute wealth on an unprecedented scale and impose vast regulatory schemes, beginning with health care and energy.

RELATED: Joe Biden Vows No New Coal Or Oil Plants In America

They want to “reimagine” policing, jails, and immigration, without so much as deigning to explain why this wouldn’t result in letting violent criminals run loose in our cities and states, while opening the Southern border to an influx of illegal migrants (who would then receive the bounty of larger government welfare programs).

Since these ideas lack broad voter support, Biden is not running on them.

He is running an almost entirely on one idea: Trump is dreadful and needs to be replaced. Biden’s own prospective policies are as well hidden as the Wizard of Oz.

There are three reasons Biden and the Democrats won’t say what they will do. Despite what happened to them in 2016, they believe a purely negative campaign can win the White House.

They are betting that revulsion with Trump is that high. Second, the more Biden and Kamala Harris say, the more likely they are to alienate either progressive activists or center-left independents – and they need both groups to win.

Third, the media doesn’t press them for answers, so why give them? The mainstream media want Democrats to win, and they have behaved more like adjuncts of the Biden campaign than neutral reporters.

RELATED: CNN Reporter Complains About Trump Removing Mask – Video Shows Her Taking Mask Off Inside White House

A negative campaign does not mean the Democrats won’t enact a positive agenda if they are elected.

Senior Democrats on Capitol Hill have already floated ideas that would fundamentally alter both Congress and the courts — that is, Articles I and III of the Constitution.

To do that, they must not only win the presidency and both houses of Congress, they must change the Senate’s long-established rules, which allow a sufficiently large minority to stop radical legislation.

If that minority is 40 votes or more, its members can “filibuster” the bill and prevent its passage.

What Democrats are suggesting is they will abolish the filibuster in order to pass sweeping legislation with just 50 votes and Vice President Kamala Harris to break the tie.

RELATED: Senate Republicans Can Do What They Want, Democrats Already Shot the Hostage

Since the filibuster is a Senate rule, not a constitutional requirement, it can be changed by a simple majority as the first act of the new Senate.

With the minority neutered, a Democratic Senate could move quickly to enact their party’s agenda, just as the House would. The Senate without a filibuster would resemble the House, only with longer terms.

Those who propose these changes are weighing short-term goals: the policies they want to implement.

Whatever you think of those goals, the means they propose would eliminate a vital element of the Founders’ constitutional structure, which set up a Senate to slow (or stop) impetuous action and required large majorities to enact new laws.

Although the Founders wanted a more energetic government than the Articles of Confederation, their new structure included multiple “veto points,” plus the Bill of Rights, all designed to prevent an overly aggressive government from trampling citizens’ liberties.

Changing the Senate rules is not the only major change being floated. Democratic leaders apparently want to add two new states to the union, Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia.

The goal, obviously, is to lock in their party’s control of the Senate for years to come. Again, Democrats would need to eliminate the filibuster since all Republicans (and perhaps a few Democrats) would object.

Some Democrats also propose yet another institutional change, this one to the third branch of government.

They want to expand the Supreme Court beyond its current nine members, which it has had since 1869. Thanks to Republican presidents and Republican Senates, the court now has a conservative majority.

RELATED: It’s Starting: Democrats Introduce Bill To Limit Supreme Court Terms

Democrats have suggested packing the court with several new, liberal justices to outvote the conservatives.

Given the scope of these proposed changes, you would think the party floating them would be forced to say whether they were really determined to blow up Articles I and III of the Constitution.

In fact, they won’t say. It would be “a distraction” even to discuss it, declare Biden and Harris. The Democrats’ Senate leader won’t say, either. His coy line is that “everything is on the table.” Wink, wink. Nudge, nudge.

What about Democrats running for Senate in hard-fought races in Colorado, Arizona, North Carolina, South Carolina, Michigan, Iowa, and Maine? Have they been pressed to say yea or nay on these issues?

No.

The result is that the biggest issues lay hidden in the shadows as we enter the final stages of the election, the most consequential one of the modern era.

RELATED: Top Dem Senator Is Asked By CNN To Explain How Nomination Of Amy Coney Barrett Is ‘Illegal Or Illegitimate’ – He Can’t Do It

The institutional changes being proposed mean we are not just voting for a president, a senator, and a representative. We could be voting on the basic structure of our central government, the role of the courts, and the relationship between Washington and the states.

Yet the presidential debate said little about it. It was simply a flurry of crude interruptions, mostly by Trump, and mud-slinging by both candidates.

They never engaged each other directly on the fundamental issues. That was a travesty for the country and a missed opportunity for Trump.

We are being kept in the dark as we vote on what could be monumental changes. Let’s debate those changes openly. Turn on the damned lights.

Dems Want To Be In Control So Badly, Their Screw-Ups Are Becoming Legendary

There is no single problem in America that is not either caused by or made worse by the Democratic Party.

The irony is that we pay (taxes) to maintain the Democratic Party. The Party’s liberalism cannot fund itself.

Liberalism generates no wealth, much less any surplus. It uses taxpayer-financed programs to buy votes.

All that the Democratic Party brings to America’s ‘table’ is redistribution and ‘need.’ All it needs is a wealthy host and a news media to lie for it.

Its action in the streets and the Congress clarifies that they see the Constitution as an impediment.

The ‘Rule of Law’ is a ‘Lawfare‘ tool to the left.

READ: McMaster Dismisses Wolf Blitzer’s Claim That Military Would Remove Trump If He Doesn’t Concede

Every talking point, from race to economics, education, and applying the law that makes up the mantras of the Left can be factually refuted.

Without the pro-Democrat News Media’s selective outrage, lies, and convenient omissions, there would be no Democratic Party. Reality would crush them.

The irony continues with the Democrat’s anti-Business and anti-growth orientation.

They see Capitalism as the problem which liberalism defends us from. The truth is that without Capitalism, the Democratic Party’s vote-buying liberalism would starve to death.

It’s clear to me: The only existential danger to America and the Constitution is the Democratic Party and those who vote to enable it.

Democrats Want To Be In Control

The only thing the Dems care about is getting back in control of the federal government again.

And they don’t seem to care how many buildings get burned down or how many bodies they have to step over to get that power back.

Once they get back in power, I predict they’ll radically change the entire system to make sure they never lose another election ever again.

After that, they can drive the entire country straight into the ground, and nobody will be able to stop them.

Think: eliminate the Electoral College, popular vote elections, ballot harvesting, national mail-in voting, stack the Supreme Court with radical activist Judges, pay reparations, confiscate firearms, and open up the borders.

The Jig Is Up

From where I’m standing, it’s plain that the Democrats are blinded by their hatred of everything good, wholesome, lovely, etc., and so blinded that they project their evil intent on others (for example: Republicans want to push granny off the cliff).

Because of this, they cannot anticipate consequences like we usually do. I know that, if I throw a brick at a cop, I’m going to jail.

They think they are immune from reality.

Burning down buildings and then the buildings and businesses magically reappear? True, in their world.

READ: Supreme Court Pick 2020: The Dems Can’t Win For Losing, And It’s Hilarious

Since they loathe any military/police, they cannot conceive of the possibility that these entities may be used to round them up and put them before a judge.

My most fervent wish is that trials for sedition would begin and move swiftly. After all, our wishes should be honored.

Pelosi Knows That It’s Over

Watching Rep. Nancy Pelosi during her weekly press briefing only shows me that it’s obvious that she is seeing the death of the Democrat Party.

Nancy’s last resort was another impeachment, but I think she only backed off on that because Democrats would remove her for it. Such a move would endanger every Democrat’s reelection on November 3rd.

I’m convinced something big has happened in the House behind the scenes, and Pelosi is visibly shaken by it.

READ: Trump Accuses Biden of Being Anti-Police, Surrendering to Flag Burners and Arsonists

Americans Are Waking Up

People are not taking the veiled threats to burn cities down if they don’t win the White House very well.

The threats are backfiring, and the Democrats must be seeing this in the polls.

President Trump will not lay down and let Democrats steal the election by mail-in ballot box stuffing.

He is not going to hand America over to Communists, especially if it’s due to the results of a stolen election.

If Martial Law is declared, a proper, in-person, ID-required election can be held within 30 days, and we can have the results of a fair, legal, and documented election before Christmas!

Ignore the Media: This Isn’t a Constitutional Crisis

Last night, we learned that former White House Communications Director and long-time Trump confidant, Hope Hicks, had tested positive for COVID-19.

Hicks had travelled aboard Air Force One with the President and the First Family after the Presidential debate in Cleveland.

This morning, we woke up to the news that President Trump and First Lady Melania Trump had both tested positive for COVID-19, and were in quarantine.

Trump’s current Communications Director, Alyssa Farah, made it clear that while the President was quarantining, he was still firmly in charge and continuing to discharge his duties as President:

Additionally, Vice President Pence – who was not aboard Air Force-1 with Hicks, tested negative for the Coronavirus today.

RELATED: Trump’s Positive Coronavirus Test Leads To Vile Attacks By Critics

There Is No Constitutional Crisis

So let me be clear:

There is no Constitutional crisis. The President is still the President.

There is no indication that his positive test will have any impact on his ability to do the job and even if – God forbid – it did, Vice President Pence is COVID-free.

In a moment like this, you would hope that cooler and more rational heads within the legacy media would prevail.

Alas, that ain’t the case.

RELATED: Despite COVID, Trump Still Working: McConnell Says Supreme Court Nomination Full Speed Ahead

Sadly, the frothing-at-the-mouth legacy media will never miss an opportunity to pimp hysteria and fear.

On CNN, one of their National Security correspondent’s breathlessly said, “this might be the most dangerous moment the US government has ever faced.”

A CNN “analysis” piece, with all the nuance of a man publicly setting himself on fire for attention, declared Trump’s diagnosis:

“presents a stunning new twist in a tumultuous year, throwing an election that is only 32 days away into chaos and raising the grave possibility of more American crises over governance and national security at an already perilous moment.”

Not to be outdone, The New York Times reported that if Trump was to become sick, “it could raise questions about whether he should remain on the ballot at all.”

The Washington Post’s reigning Queen of Trump Derangement Syndrome, Jen Rubin, tweeted that the President should “resign” as a result of testing positive for COVID-19.

The Media Is Hyping Another “Crisis” For Their Own Ends

This faux “Constitutional crisis” is of course just the latest in a long-line of Constitutional crises promised to us by the media that never actually happened.

Just look at the list:

  • Impeachment was supposed to be a Constitutional crisis
  • Trump’s firing of the FBI director was supposed to be a Constitutional crisis
  • Trump’s tax returns were supposed to be a Constitutional crisis
  • Trump nominating a Justice to fill a vacancy on the Supreme Court was supposed to be a Constitutional crisis
  • Trump questioning wholesale mailing of ballots was supposed to be a Constitutional crisis

The reality is that none of these things are or were a “Constitutional crisis.”

Indeed, the only real crisis we are experiencing is a crisis in journalism.

Now, more than ever, in the midst of a global pandemic and in the closing days of a bitter Presidential race, we need a media that we can trust.

A media that is committed to providing the American people with the facts and allowing individual Americans to draw their own conclusions from those facts.

Sadly, the legacy media has completely and totally abdicated its responsibility and eschewed even the most basic tenets of journalistic integrity.

Instead of soberly delivering objective news, the legacy media allowed the longstanding walls between hard news and opinion to be completely obliterated.

They have done all of this for one reason – and one reason only – because they detest President Donald J. Trump.

The President will recover, and our Constitutional protections for continuity of government remain in place.

The real question is whether journalism will ever recover and whether the American people will ever be able to trust the media again.

Senate Republicans Can Do What They Want, Democrats Already Shot the Hostage

After the death of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Senate Democrats vowed “nothing was off the table” if President Trump nominated a replacement for Ginsburg and the Republican-controlled Senate confirmed that nominee.

Democratic Senate Leader Chuck Schumer said, “Let me be clear: If Leader McConnell and Senate Republicans move forward with this, then nothing is off the table for next year. Nothing is off the table.”

Democrats’ Extreme Lengths To Stop Trump

The “nothing is off the table” threat is a grab bag of left-wing priorities:

Packing the Supreme Court with additional justices, ending the filibuster in the Senate, statehood for Puerto Rico, and statehood for the District of Columbia.

Nancy Pelosi one-upped her Senate colleague, going as far as to threaten to impeach President Trump and/or the Attorney General to try and stop confirmation of a new Justice.

From Vox: ABC’s George Stephanopoulos asked Pelosi about the idea floated by some activists that Democrats could use impeachment hearings against Trump or Attorney General Bill Barr to tie up the Senate if Republicans try to push through a nomination during a lame-duck session (after a potential win for Democrats in Congress and the White House).

“Well, we have our options,” Pelosi replied. “We have arrows in our quiver that I’m not about to discuss right now, but the fact is we have a big challenge in our country.

“This president has threatened to not even accept the results of the election with statements that he and his henchmen have made.”

NeverTrump Republicans Already Surrendering?

Some on the establishment right immediately responded to the threats by suggesting the GOP negotiate with Democrats.

NeverTrumper David French suggested that Trump make his pick, the Senate proceeds to hold hearings on the nominee, but that the Senate only confirms his pick if Trump is re-elected.

French explicitly says the reason for this compromise is because of Democratic threats:

After all, while much can happen between now and November 3rd, the Democrats may well hold the House, narrowly take control of the Senate, and win the White House.

At that point, they’d have the legal and constitutional power to not just reverse conservative control of the Court by amending the law to increase the number of Supreme Court seats (a process popularly known as “court-packing”), they could also permanently alter the balance of power in the Senate by admitting new states – namely Puerto Rico and Washington, D.C.

While some conservatives have attempted to counter French by arguing the Reaganesque “we don’t negotiate with terrorists” line, I would take it one step further:

Senate Republicans can – and should – do whatever they want, Democrats have already shot the hostage.

Let’s be clear, absolutely everything the Democrats have threatened to do if Republicans proceed with the nomination, they will do if they take power – regardless of whether Republicans play nice or not.

Democrats Will Not Respect Norms – Vote On Trump’s Nominee

If Joe Biden wins in November and if Democrats maintain majority in the House and retake the Senate, they will eliminate the filibuster, move to pack the Court, press forward on statehood for Puerto Rico, and do the same for the District of Columbia.

Hell, Democrats have already impeached the President for purely political reasons.

As Maya Angelou famously said, “When people show you who they are, believe them the first time.”

Democrats have shown the American people time and time again exactly who they are – and it is time we believe them.

Joe Biden won’t answer questions about things like Court packing because he doesn’t want to tell the American people the truth, which is: if he can do, it he absolutely will.

I firmly believe that Donald Trump will be re-elected in November – in spite of Democratic shenanigans – but if for some reason the President isn’t re-elected, a conservative Supreme Court majority for a generation would certainly be the most important and lasting piece of President Trump’s legacy.

The Fatigue Factor: Is America Tired Of Democrat Drama?

President Biden? It’s a sobering thought. Not so much because Joe Biden is a wild-eyed loon. But because he’s using loons to get elected and they will want payment if he pulls it off.

Slim chance, you say. Really? Think again.

Yes, the polls are corrupted and contrived and the media is totally in the tank for the Democrats—as they always are. And it is true, by any logical analysis, that by comparing track records and personalities, the president wins by a wide mile. But those are sensible perspectives and politics is sadly not about sensible anything…but more likely than not about illogical and senseless perception borne of a shallow relationship between the voter and the zeitgeist.

And we can all admit, the spirit of the times is not good. Not since the late 1960s have we had this kind of constant drama of existential controversy. Granted, all of it contrived by the Democrats and the media.

Even before the president took office he was supposedly a Russian pawn. Then there was a special prosecutor. Then impeachment. Now COVID-19 and riots. Have the American people run out of patience with the consistent melodramatic brouhaha? Is there a fatigue factor setting in where a majority of voters in key battleground states are willing to tolerate a Biden presidency to end the never-ending kerfuffle?

Because you know that’s the deal. As soon as Biden would be elected, peace and tranquility would reign supreme. A new golden age, for some people. It’s almost like a tumultuous romantic relationship where you break up with someone you really like because you just can’t handle the drama anymore.

Does the president have an effective defense against this? He should, and it would be law and order. In 1968, under somewhat similar circumstances, Richard Nixon used that theme to great advantage against Democrat Hubert Humphrey and was elected president. But the country is different than it was in the late 60s.

We’ve replaced generations tempered by depression, war, and prosperity with an easily swayed significant portion of the population composed of social media-driven voyeurs and a youth programmed to respond to basic PC stimuli like the most conditioned of Pavlov’s dogs.

Whither the republic? I don’t know. Honestly, I wish that I could, as I did (pre-COVID) confidently predict a Trump victory. There are still idiots out there doing that and by their clueless complacency making a Biden victory much more possible. You know the type. The ones that, despite all evidence to the contrary, actually said “Red Tsunami” in 2018 and meant it. Their confirmation bias does not help the cause.

So we stand on the precipice of the fall campaign season and all bets are off. We can win if the American people still have a modicum of sense. The Left will win if the same people throw in the towel and surrender to the false drama of manufactured negativity Democrats and the hard left have produced —and will continue to produce— until November.

Because it’s not really a Trumpian drama. It’s Democrat drama wrapped up with insincere bows and ribbons by the press to drop on the presidential doorstep. If the American people get that, we’re okay. If not, well, say hello to the 25th Amendment.

Until Biden Emerges From His Basement And Starts Campaigning – The Polls Mean Nothing

Nobody likes polls more than the press, and there is nothing the press likes more than a poll that fits their narrative. Given this, it’s not surprising that the media worked itself into an absolute frenzy after a series of polls that show President Trump’s re-elect is in serious jeopardy.

Poll Shows Trump Trailing Biden

The polling getting the most buzz is The New York Times poll from this week that shows Trump trailing former Vice President Joe Biden 50-36% nationally. State polling from The Times showed Trump trailing Biden in the swing states of Florida, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Arizona and Wisconsin.

The polling has prompted fever-dream wish-casting pieces by media folks hailing the imminent Biden landslide. Indeed, Josh Kraushaar of National Journal wrote this week about the current state of the Trump-Biden race:

Right now, it looks more likely that Biden will win a landslide victory, picking up states uncontested by Democrats in recent elections, than it is that Trump can mount a miraculous turnaround in just over four months.

Never mind that this is the same Josh Kraushaar who assured all his readers on Twitter that Trump’s impeachment was the single biggest event of the Trump Presidency. And, that Trump’s re-elect numbers would suffer dramatically because of it (no one remembers impeachment and Trump’s numbers actually went up).

Should We Be Worried About Polls

I have had several fellow Trump supporters reach out to me in the last week to ask if they should be worried about the poll numbers, so I write today to give you the same advice I have given them: these polls mean absolutely nothing.

First, might I remind everyone that polling taken less than a month before the 2016 election showed Hillary Clinton demolishing Donald Trump. Indeed, an NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll taken October 8-9th of 2016 showed Clinton with a 14-point lead over Trump in a head-to-head matchup (52-38%).

That poll was taken right after the release of the infamous Access Hollywood tape and marked the 500th time the main stream media had declared Trump’s campaign. So, polling in June of a pandemic, four months before the election, is generally useless as a tool for predicting what will happen in November.

Second, and even more importantly, this race hasn’t even started yet. Joe Biden hasn’t held a press conference in more than 80 days and rarely ventures outside of his basement. Preferring instead to give interviews to soft ball friendly news outlets.

Even in those interviews, Biden – WHO IS USING NOTES – is an absolute disaster. The guy can’t finish a sentence.

Bad News For Biden

The bad news for Biden and for Democrats and their handmaidens in the corporate media is that at some point Biden is going to have to emerge from his basement and actually campaign for the job of President of the United States of America.

Until Biden actually starts campaigning, these polls are even more useless than usual polling.

Elections are about choices, they aren’t simply referendums on an individual candidate. Eventually, voters will get to see Joe Biden.

Eventually, Joe Biden will have to climb into the ring, I mean onto the stage, with Donald Trump for a debate.

At some point, Biden will have to stand before cameras – without notes – taking questions from folks other than friendly reporters trying to make him look good.

At some point, the American people will get to choose between Donald Trump and Joe Biden.

Joe Biden cannot hide forever, but as long as he is in hiding, every single thinking human being on the planet should feel free to ignore the polling.
