Soldiers and veterans are dropping dead of COVID-19, and Trump doesn’t care

Impeached president Donald Trump is a f’n idiot. He tries so hard to sound inspirational and hopeful and tough, and instead he sounds like a moron. Like here, when he ends up sounding totally psyched and excited that the United States lead the world in coronavirus deaths:

"The whole world is excited watching us," Trump tells reporters. "Because we're leading the world."

— Daniel Dale (@ddale8) May 5, 2020

He wants to sound optimistic, but he’s too stupid to pull it off. No, the world isn’t excited to see the devastation happening in the United States (except maybe Russia), and presumably, neither is Trump. But who knows? The same happens when he tries to frame the pandemic as a battle between a wily mastermind of a virus, and America’s can-do spirit.

Here is Trump again, yesterday:

Trump says the virus is "a tough enemy, a smart enemy. But nobody's like us and nobody's tough like us. And I said it before and I'll say it again: the people of our country are warriors."

— Daniel Dale (@ddale8) May 5, 2020

The virus isn’t smart. It’s a freakin’ virus. It’s as dumb as a Trump, following base instincts without regards to long-term strategy. And we certainly aren’t going to defeat the virus by being “tough.” The virus doesn’t give a rat’s ass about the grit of the American people. It just does its own thing, on its own timetable, unconcerned by “tough” words from Trump or anyone else.

Literally, the only way to currently thwart this virus is to hide from it. That’s how powerful it is. And the only way to thwart this thing, long-term, is through science. So yeah, smart people doing smart things. Again, no “tough” words from Trump will matter a whit.

If Trump wants to treat this as a war, however, why not treat people as actual uniformed soldiers? Give front-line and essential employees veterans benefits, hazard pay, and medals. Give them free socialized medical care like members of the armed forces. Pay out $1 million in death benefits to every one of those workers felled in the line of duty. It’s a war, right? Treat the people like actual warriors.

Speaking of, did you know that real-life warriors, those who are currently wearing a uniform, or did so once upon a time, are also dying en masse? According to the latest tally, 27 Department of Defense service members, employees, and dependents have died from the disease, as well as 771 veterans inside the VA medical system. Obviously, that doesn’t count veterans who died outside of that system, but even now, we’re at nearly 800 dead (and counting).

But Trump doesn’t care. The only time he thinks about our service members and veterans is when they serve his ego, as backdrops for his campaign or photo ops. Otherwise, perhaps he’d keep them in mind and try to minimize the carnage.

But he doesn’t care about anyone. The end. And this toxic brew of psychotic indifference and rank incompetence means that we’re in for hundreds of thousands more deaths before we’re mercifully done with his presidency next January.

The Republican Party will owe this country for the death and destruction it wrought, for refusing to take out Trump when it had the chance (not just impeachment, but via 25th Amendment), and that’s a debt it will never be able to repay.

Trump Wants to Know Why George Bush Didn’t Call For End to Partisanship When He Was Being Impeached

President Trump took a jab at George W. Bush after the latter made a rare public statement to address the nation during the coronavirus pandemic.

In a video message posted over the weekend, the former President called for an end to partisanship in the midst of the crisis, something America experienced in the days following the 9/11 tragedy.

“In this time of testing, we need to remember a few things: First, let us remember we have faced times of testing before,” Bush stated. “Following 9/11, I saw a great nation rise as one to honor the brave, grieve with the grieving, and to embrace unavoidable new duties.”

“Let us remember how small our differences are in the face of this shared threat,” he concluded. “In the final analysis, we are not partisan combatants, we are human beings equally vulnerable and wonderful in the sight of God. We rise or fall together.”

Where Has He Been?

Bush seems to have forgotten how Democrats, almost immediately after the nation rallied around him, tore him apart in the following months and claimed they never supported his response to the 9/11 attacks.

On its surface, Bush’s plea for unity is a genuinely solid message … in normal times.

But these are not normal times. And Trump would like to know where Bush has been with his calls for coming together when Democrats were raking him over the coals from day one, pursuing impeachment hoax after impeachment hoax.

The President quoted Fox News personality Pete Hegseth in a tweet Sunday stating, “Oh by the way, I appreciate the message from former President Bush, but where was he during Impeachment calling for putting partisanship aside?”

Trump added his own thoughts: “He was nowhere to be found in speaking up against the greatest Hoax in American history!”

RELATED: The Extraordinary Measures Trump is Taking to Honor President George H.W. Bush

Coming Together Means Bowing to Democrats

Understand that there has been a deep past of contentiousness and highly charged political rhetoric amongst the Bush family and the President.

That said, since when are emotions and pride supposed to dictate what great leaders do?

Trump’s correct – if this crisis is enough to coax Bush to ask for an end to partisanship, then it should equally have been of importance to try to bring the nation together when Democrats were distracting the nation with an impeachment witch hunt that wasted the time of lawmakers and likely distracted them from the coronavirus crisis in the first place.

Perhaps had he asked for unity then, there could have been a non-partisan response to the pandemic.

Donald Trump prepares to move into his 2020 campaign by blaming COVID-19 on China and … Joe Biden

Being impeached has not slowed down Donald Trump’s attempts to weaponize intelligence agencies and foreign policy against political opponents. In fact, receiving a free pass from Senate Republicans in spite of overwhelming evidence of guilt has made it clear to Trump that he really can dragoon the whole mechanism of the federal government into the Trump 2020 campaign. For months, Attorney General William Barr and special Q-spiracy pal John Durham have been jetting around the world, trying to convince foreign governments to help Trump out by backing up conspiracy theories that he can use in his campaign against Joe Biden.

But as Trump prepares to kick the 2020 campaign into high gear, the situation in the world has changed. That’s going to require a whole new level of conspiracy theory. Now Ukraine is tired and China is wired as Donald Trump prepares to connect Joe Biden to the coronavirus.

Trump is preparing to launch his first major ad campaign for the 2020 election. Doing so at a time when the United States has over 1 million cases of COVID-19 and the death toll has just passed 61,000 may seem somewhat … problematic. But as Jared Kushner proved on Wednesday, the Trump White House is fully prepared to point out that there are still 327 million Americans who are not dead. Yet. That somehow makes saddling the U.S. with a third of all cases around the globe a “great success story.”

According to Politico, the first flight of ads will depict Trump as “showing leadership” despite having to fight against those darned Democrats and that enemy of the people, the free press. Undoubtably, these ads will focus on how Nancy Pelosi distracted Trump from preparing to face the novel coronavirus by moving forward with impeachment. It was, in fact, such a distraction, that Trump could barely manage to fill the entire months of January and February with golf and rallies.

The ads will also focus on just how eager Trump is to bring back the pre-virus economy. That’s a position that might also be a bit of a hard sell considering that the 4.8% shrinkage of the economy that was reported for the first quarter is likely to look like robust growth when the second quarter numbers come in. Donald Trump personally oversaw a disaster that is the biggest national health crisis, the biggest economic crisis, the biggest crisis since World War II, and he blew it—at a cost in lives that won’t be reckoned for months to come and a cost in damage to the economy that may genuinely bring conditions worse than the Great Depression. That is not a tenable position from which to start a campaign. Not even if it comes with a whole new motto.

Clearly what Trump needs is a solution, not one that can cure the virus or bring back jobs, one that allows him to pin the whole thing on someone else. With someone else being Joe Biden.

That’s why the ads won’t just blow the patriotic Trump-ets for more jobs and how-about-that-stock-market. The Republican National Committee has already been engaged in cranking out ads, especially on right-wing outlets, to keep Trump supporters pumped about his bigly leadership in the midst of the crisis. But the angle of those ads is about to change. Coming soon to a television, computer, and phone screen near you: ads that connect Joe Biden with China, along with accusations that China both created the coronavirus and covered up its spread.

Trump has already been laying the groundwork in his daily briefings. He’s repeatedly accused China of hiding information about the origins of the coronavirus and of being responsible for its spread to the rest of the world. Trump has extended these claims to the World Health Organization, cutting off funds to this critical resource in the midst of a pandemic. And over the last week, Trump has made multiple cryptic remarks that “someone a long time ago” made the decisions that caused the COVID-19 epidemic. The introduction of these lines into the daily briefings is absolutely sitting up the next phase of blame-pinning.

As The New York Times reports, the White House is forcing intelligence agencies to dig into Trump’s conspiracy theories in China, just as they did when chasing his claims about Biden and Hillary Clinton across Europe. In particular, Trump has intelligence assets trying to find some connection between a lab in Wuhan, China that tried to prevent the spread of novel viruses, and the release of this virus. It’s part of an escalating campaign to tie what Trump has insisted on calling the “Chinese virus” to the epidemic inside the United States.

The character of that campaign goes beyond just the idea that a virus under study accidentally slipped away from researchers. Almost from the outset, Republicans like Senator Tom Cotton have been pushing the idea that the SARS-CoV-2 virus was created as a bioweapon. In truth, there’s no evidence that the coronavirus came, in any sense, out of a laboratory. Multiple studies have looked at the virus’ genetic structure and found no sign of tinkering. And while much has been made of a letter warning that the Wuhan lab needed more experienced personnel, there is no evidence that it was either studying the novel coronavirus before its release, or had anything to do with that release. That hasn’t stopped Trump from retweeting claims that the virus did come from a lab, or halted the constant stream of White House officials and Republican senators making such claims in social media, on Fox, and on right-wing radio.

But as Trump starts to crank up his campaign, both the White House and right-wing media are warming up to the idea that this weapon had one real target—Donald Trump 2020.

Trump has already falsely claimed that Hunter Biden “walks out of China with $1.5 billion in a fund … and he’s there for one quick meeting, and he flies in on Air Force Two, I think that’s a horrible thing.” Trump has also called for an investigation into the activity of both Hunter Biden and Joe Biden in China. China has refused. Which will surely be pointed at as evidence that there’s a problem.

Neither Biden actually got billions from China. It’s not clear that either ever got anything from China. But don’t be surprised to see not just ads, but an increasing theme on the right that the coronavirus was weaponized to take down the “Trump economy.” That only the biggest crisis in a century could hope to stop the inevitable reelection of Dear Leader Donald Trump. And that both Hunter Biden and Joe Biden have connections to the people who murdered tens of thousands of Americans.

Distractions are Donald Trump’s specialties. And the biggest disaster in ages, demands the biggest, most damnable lie imaginable.

In the meantime, enjoy the ads that are giving Trump heartburn right now.

3,300 Volunteers From 52 Nations Sign Up Coronavirus Vaccine Trials

Everyone has felt the Wuhan coronavirus pandemic’s effects across the entire globe.

You’ve witnessed the world’s economy come to a halt, seen 30-plus million Americans unemployed, felt the economy contract by nearly five percent in the first quarter of 2020, and stay-at-home orders being issued to curb the spread preventing hospitals from being overrun.

The results? The Coronavirus death curve has flattened for the US-based outbreak, even in New York City, which many called ground zero. Many feel that for most of the country, the roadmap to re-opening should occur as soon and as safely as possible.

WILL THERE BE SETBACKS?

Of course. The reason? We still don’t have a vaccine. But wait, now we are learning that more than 3,300 people from 52 nations — including at least two Stanford grads have signed up to be vaccinated and deliberately exposed to the new virus. The group 1DaySooner organized the campaign.

via Mercury News

The effort was launched by Josh Morrison of Brooklyn, New York, a Harvard-educated attorney who founded Waitlist Zero, a nonprofit organization that seeks to ease kidney donation. In 2011, he donated a kidney to a stranger, accepting a small risk of death to save a life. A readily available COVID-19 vaccine, he reasoned, could save far more lives.

Traditionally, a vaccine is proven effective after comparison of cases in hundreds or thousands of individuals who randomly receive vaccine or placebo. That process takes a long time, because it must wait for natural infection.

The premise of a “human challenge” study is to infect a smaller number of vaccinated people who are young and healthy, accelerating testing and giving manufacturing a head start. A “challenge” study takes advantage of the low death rate for those infected by SARS-CoV-2 — about 0.03% for 20-29 year olds and 0.085% for 30-39 year olds according to data from China — not negligible but very uncommon for those likely to be eligible to participate.

Such studies put volunteers at potential risk of disease and death. There is no “rescue” therapy to treat them if they get sick. The long-term effects are unknown.  Yet they’re willing to help anyway. [Mercury News]

MORE NEWS: Schiff And Pelosi Launch ‘Impeachment 2.0’

BELIEVE IT OR NOT, THIS IS HEROIC

I assume this usually happens when a new vaccine is tested. This is especially heroic when dealing with a hazardous disease.

Who are these 3,000 people? You do know you’re going into a governmental trial, right! Meaning they can put a chip in you or do anything to you! I want to see all these lemmings.

Serious illness and death from Covid-19 in healthy individuals under 60 are rare, but it has happened. It is estimated that it can kill around 0.5% healthy individuals in this bracket.

Potentially sacrificing yourself for the welfare of others is called bravery, and hopefully, nothing wrong happens to these kids.

I tell you what I’ll struggle to listen to the advice of any medical expert in the media ever again after all this. Every possible wild option and scheme has been thrown out there by people who are supposed to be in the same field and had the same training.

Schiff: Lives Would Have Been Saved If Only Trump Had Been Impeached And Removed

Representative Adam Schiff (D-CA) made an outlandish claim that many American lives would have been saved from the coronavirus pandemic if only President Trump had been impeached and removed from office.

The House Intelligence Committee Chairman told MSNBC’s Chris Hayes that his inability (along with other impeachment managers) to convince the Senate that Trump was guilty and should be removed “haunts” him.

“I don’t think we had any idea how much damage he would go on to do in the months ahead,” Schiff claimed. “There are 50,000 Americans now who are dead, in significant part because of his incompetence, because of his inability to think beyond himself and put the country first.”

“I don’t think we would have ever anticipated that his brand of narcissism and his brand of incompetence would be so fatal to the American people,” he asserted.

It Was Schiff’s Impeachment Charade That Cost Lives

There is a whole boatload of stupidity to unpack in those comments, not the least of which is that Schiff seems unaware – perhaps because he was focused on impeaching rather than governing – that the President had already taken significant steps to slow the spread of the virus.

While the resistance party was plotting their impeachment gambit, Trump was setting up a coronavirus task force, ordering more testing and ventilators, restricting travel from countries known to be battling the virus, and declaring a national emergency.

The first reported case of coronavirus in the United States came on January 21st. The impeachment charade ended in the Senate on February 5th.

Is Schiff really under the impression that Trump’s ouster and Vice President Mike Pence’s takeover of the presidency (he is Chair of the coronavirus task force) would have led to different results? Especially when it had already been in the country for two weeks at least, likely longer?

RELATED: Schiff Vows To ‘Dive Deep’ Into Trump Coronavirus Investigation

Schiff Lied, People Died

Representative Dan Crenshaw (R-TX), has already debunked the claim that more should have been done by President Trump in the month of February.

“You keep calling February this lost month, it’s really not,” Crenshaw told HBO star Bill Maher previously. “It’s just an easy, cheap accusation because there’s no big bold moves taken like there was in January or like there was in March.”

Crenshaw noted that even as of March 3rd, there were still only 100 coronavirus cases in the United States and that Americans weren’t going to accept a lockdown at that point.

Which makes Schiff’s point moot.

Anybody with a working set of eyes and ears is aware that it was the impeachment hoax that took Congress’s focus off of the coronavirus.

It was Schiff and his Democrat colleagues who bogged down an entire nation with their little impeachment dreams while the coronavirus was beginning to flourish.

Former Secret Service agent Dan Bongino responded to Schiff’s claims, spitting fire on Twitter:

Known liar, clown, fraud, oxygen thief, serial hoaxster, and all-around garbage-person, sleazy Adam Schiff is doing everything he can to make this awful situation worse. There aren’t many people walking this planet who’ve done more damage than this sleazeball.

Buckle up. He’s about to do much further damage.

Schiff vowed two weeks ago to conduct a thorough investigation into the Trump administration’s handling of the coronavirus pandemic.

“We are diving deeply into what does the intelligence community know, what resources we would bring there, and what do we need to do prospectively to better protect the country in the future,” he announced.

That means another investigation – we’ve already endured Russia, Ukraine, emoluments, etc. – to drag America down even further.

While the President will be working diligently to revive America from the economic devastation wrought by this pandemic, Democrats will be working feverishly to slow him down yet again.

Meaning they will have even more blood on their hands when victims of suicide due to the financial crisis, or domestic violence victims due to lockdown, suffer while Democrats play politics.

Luxury hotel chains, including Gordon Sondland’s, among those capitalizing on ‘small business’ loans

Remember Gordon Sondland? Of course you do, from back in the before time when the national crisis was impeachment. He’s the now-former ambassador to the European Union, who got that cushy job by being a big donor to Donald Trump's inaugural committee. Trump might have fired him from that sweet gig, but that doesn't mean Sondland's out of the money loop with Republicans at all. Because guess who got some of that "small business" coronavirus emergency loan money?

Provenance Hotels, the hotel chain Sondland owns, got some of that loan money according to a spokeswoman, along with some very wealthy, very connected to Republican lawmaker hoteliers. How much Sondland landed isn't clear, but the company spokesperson told the Portland Business Journal: "Now that we have been approved for our SBA PPP loan, we hope to bring back a significant portion of those employees and retain them for as long as possible." Let's certainly hope so. Not all business are doing so, figuring the terms of the loans are so good that it doesn't matter if they flout the rules and spend the money on other costs.

One of the biggest winners was Dallas hotel executive Monty Bennett, also a Trump major donor. He got a combined $59 million for three of his companies—Braemar Hotels & Resorts, which operates a Ritz-Carlton in St. Thomas; Ashford Hospitality Trust Inc., which operates 100 or so hotel properties around the country; and finally the management firm that oversees both chains. Bennett's given Trump $150,000 just in the last six months, and was rewarded nicely. Ashford’s group said in a statement that the loan program "is working exactly as intended by providing much needed capital to small businesses and larger businesses that have been the hardest hit—hotels and restaurants." The Bloomberg article doesn't say whether Ashford also claimed to be retaining its employees.

It does, however, report that Ashford expects to get more loans on top of the $30 million it got in the first round. If Bennett is spending all that money on keeping his 1,000 or so employees paid, great—keeping people afloat right now is the main thing.

But when this is all over? There had better damned well be a wealth tax that claws this money back.

Ayanna Pressley Compares Trump’s Coronavirus Response To ‘War Crimes’

Ayanna Pressley, Democrat Representative from Massachusettes and proud Squad member, believes President Trump’s response to the coronavirus is “akin to war crimes.”

Pressley made the remarks during a virtual press conference on Facebook, a social media entity that at least pretends they’re cracking down on misinformation.

“As far as I’m concerned what’s happening with this administration, it’s akin to war crimes,” the wildly misinformed congresswoman stated. “Criminal negligence, science denial, a sluggish response.”

Her statement leaves little doubt that the radical left truly does believe that Trump is responsible for the deaths of those who succumbed to a virus that originated in China.

How mind-numbingly low can they possibly sink?

RELATED: CNN Reporter Criticizes President’s ‘Self-Congratulation’ On Coronavirus Response, Trump Slaughters Him

All They Have Is Insane Rhetoric

Pressley went on to suggest now is the time to capitalize on the pandemic and implement their radical agenda.

“We find ourselves in the position of playing catch up in the midst of a pandemic,” she said, seemingly unaware that the curve has been successfully flattened in most parts of the country. “Which is the last place you want to be in the midst of any public health crisis — certainly not a pandemic — is working from behind.”

“And we just have to reject any calls for a return to normal because that normal was what was slowly killing people,” she concluded.

RELATED: Ocasio-Cortez Accuses Trump of ‘Act of War’ By Killing Iran Terror General

Ignorance Is a Crime

If a sluggish response is ‘akin to a war crime’ then the Democrat party has a lot of blood on their own hands.

While the resistance party was plotting impeachment for months, President Trump was setting up a coronavirus task force, ordering more testing and ventilators, restricting travel from countries known to be battling the virus, and declaring a national emergency.

Well after all of these actions had been taken, Pressley declined to attend Trump’s State of the Union address – in which he warned about the pending coronavirus crisis!

That is negligence.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell admitted that the Democrats’ impeachment sham “diverted the attention of the government” away from focusing on important matters at hand.

That didn’t stop the President from saving lives, as Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, has said the travel ban did.

“One of the things that we did very early and very aggressively, the president put the travel restriction coming from China to the United States and most recently from Europe to the United States,” Fauci said.

Any idea what Pressley and the Democrats were doing then?

They were actively pursuing the ‘No Ban Act‘ which was designed to restrict the President’s authority in implementing new travel bans.

They were trying to prevent the President of the United States from saving lives during a pandemic.

Which of these people sound more like they’ve taken actions “akin to war crimes”?

Trump Torches Mitt Romney In Explaining Why He Was Left Off Coronavirus Task Force

President Trump on Sunday explained to reporters why Senator Mitt Romney was excluded from a White House task force on opening up the economy during the coronavirus crisis.

The administration announced last week a panel of congressional members known as the “Opening Up America Again Congressional Group.”

Those chosen to discuss supply chains, the Paycheck Protection Program and “ways to energize the economy,” included several Democrat lawmakers as well as all 52 of Romney’s GOP colleagues.

Mitt was on the outside looking in.

Doesn’t Need His Advice

The President was first asked if Romney being left off the task force meant he was holding a grudge against the only Republican to vote for his impeachment.

“Yeah it does,” he replied.

Trump then explained why Romney, an accomplished businessman and former governor, was left out. It was a short answer, but sometimes simple is better.

“I’m not a fan of Mitt Romney,” he concluded. “I don’t really want his advice.”

RELATED: Romney Is The Only Republican Senator Excluded From New White House Coronavirus Task Force

Who Needs His Advice

Romney (R-UT) was the only Senator to cross party lines and vote to convict President Trump in the Senate impeachment trial. The same trial that took media and congressional focus off of the coronavirus pandemic that was brewing at the time.

Perhaps had Congress been formulating a plan to stem the tide of the virus instead of focusing on an impeachment sham, there would have been less of an economic impact on America in the first place.

“It came up while we were tied down in the impeachment trial,” Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said of the pandemic. “And I think it diverted the attention of the government because everything every day was all about impeachment.”

Romney helped make that happen.

RELATED: President Trump Taunts Romney Over Coronavirus Test Results

Ineffective Romney

Let’s face it – Romney has no interest in helping the President accomplish anything. He only seeks to serve his own political ambitions.

When it benefitted his career, the one-time actual Republican was more than willing to accept Trump’s endorsement for President in 2012 and for Senate in 2018.

Likewise, when he needed attention from his Democrat friends in Congress and the media, Romney votes to impeach and writes op-eds declaring he must “speak out against … actions that are divisive, racist, sexist, anti-immigrant, dishonest or destructive to democratic institutions.”

Except, now he’s been neutered from having the ability to help out our country when we need it most.

Democrats And TV Hosts Blaming Trump, Not China, For Pandemic Are Spreading Misinformation And Creating Division

Senators, television hosts, and prominent Democratic leaders are blaming President Trump for mishandling the spread of the virus that has taken the world to its knees.

Presidential nominee Joe Biden is among the group, appearing on CNN with Host Anderson Cooper, claiming Trump’s plan to ease back into normal life doesn’t have “hard guidelines.” As the former Vice President embarks on what one can assume was supposed to be an example of previous leadership, he loses grip of the topic as he speaks.

Watch Joe Biden try to describe the poignant moment in American History during WWII… when President Roosevelt “came up with a thing.”

It’s easy to criticize from the sidelines Joe.

Senator Chris Murphy (D-Conn.), just to give insight into his modus operandi, attended the State of the Union address given by President Trump back in February, then swiftly put out a statement (that reeked of prior-planning) on the same day as the address, about how much he regretted attending the State of the Union Address.

In order to get attention from leftist media outlets, Democrat Chris Murphy will take every opportunity to attack President Trump.

But during this time, when Senators and leaders should not be politicizing the virus, Chris Murphy has lashed out yet again against Trump. His Twitter page looks like an anti-Trump rally on steroids.

Here’s Chris Murphy on CNN with Host Anderson Cooper:

Murphy, arguably the most shameless liar on the anti-Trump stage, claims the current administration was cavalier about the virus in February. Anyone can leave a meeting and make up a lie, but perhaps he should consider that on January 31st, Trump decided to restrict travel from China, showing early signs of concern.

And guess what Senator Murphy was talking about on January 31st, the day the President decided to limit travel from China because of the coronavirus? You guessed it, he was focused on impeaching the President.

Chris “Say Anything” Murphy has proved ad nauseam that he would all but dive in front of a bus to get national media attention. Actually, he likes to board city buses as part of an ill-advised campaign to connect with voters.

Chris Murphy using public transportation doesn’t prove that he cares about blue collar Americans – just like his bashing the American President doesn’t mean he knows about the origins or complications surrounding the coronavirus outbreak.

More reporting is coming out by the day about how China has mishandled the outbreak. How China allowed international travel from Wuhan, but would not allow travel from Wuhan to other parts of China. New sources say that China knew early on about human to human transmission of the coronavirus and hid this information from other nations, who otherwise would have been more equipped to protect their own citizens.

Geraldo Rivera on Fox News told primetime Host Sean Hannity on Friday that China has “made prostitutes out of half of Washington.”

Senator Chris Murphy is silent about investigations into the Chinese Communist Party, but eager to manipulate the public into thinking the American response is the problem.

Maybe Elizabeth Warren can help Chris Murphy connect with everyday Americans and grab him one of those elusive ‘working class beer bottles’ from her fridge.

Then they can get on a Zoom call with Speaker Pelosi and pick ice cream flavors out of the freezer.

Nancy Pelosi stays true to form during this crisis and blames Trump for mishandling the pandemic. Lacking self-awareness as always, Pelosi blames Trump for “dismantling” our infrastructure which led to a lack of preparedness, then continues to assert that weak people blame others. Look in the mirror, Nancy.

While Trump was working on protecting our borders from COVID-19, Nancy Pelosi was frothing over impeachment. Wasting our time is what these prominent Democrats are doing, relentlessly since 2016.

Of course, no world event has been properly examined until it’s run through the panel on ABC’s daytime talk show, The View.

Joy Behar, co-host of ‘The View’ tried to blame the President for not acting to fight the virus appropriately, with her usual condescension, beginning her question to Senator Lindsey Graham (R – S.C.) by inferring Trump’s “massive ego” makes him delusional, until Graham gives her a run for her money in support of the President’s handling of the virus.

MSNBC Anchor Stephanie Ruhle suggested that Biden should open up a shadow government, as “counter-programming” for Trump’s Press Briefings.

What exactly would a counter-programming campaign from Joe Biden look like? The man couldn’t get through a teleprompter reading of “See Spot Run.”

These Democrats need to drop their agenda-driven misinformation campaigns at the door and do their jobs. Americans need information and guidance, not political war.

But if that’s what they want, they’re fighting the wrong administration.

Rush Limbaugh Warns America ‘Headed To Great Depression’ With ‘Democrats Fully On Board’

On Thursday, conservative talk radio icon Rush Limbaugh warned his listeners that the country is headed for another Great Depression if the economy contracts any more due to the COVID-19 crisis shutdowns.

Another Great Depression?

“All we need is a 30 to 40% contraction in this economy,” Limbaugh said. “We’ll hit Great Recession territory first and then depression, if this doesn’t stop… and the idea that there are people advocating for this!”

RELATED: Chris Cuomo Curses At Trump Because The President Wants To Give People Hope During Pandemic

Rush said this trend toward depression could be reversed, but that “there are forces arrayed against doing that.”

“We know who they are,” Limbaugh said. “We know exactly. We know they’re all Democrats. We know they are some in the health and medical community. The Drive-By Media, the media, and the Democrats are fully on board with the Democrat agenda here … They are hoping that coronavirus accomplishes what Robert Mueller and impeachment, Adam Schiff failed to do.”

Rush said Americans are “doing this to ourselves – and it’s amazing how quickly!”

“Three years to revive an economy, create roaring circumstances,” Limbaugh continued. “It took less than two months to wipe it all out. Twenty-two million people filing for unemployment compensation — 22 million — and the idea that there is not an angry outcry from all over the world that this must stop?
That outcry had better happen, because this…”

‘We could fix at the snap of our fingers’

“We’re beyond now saying this is unsustainable,” Rush warned. “This is untenable! This is cataclysmic! We’re in the midst of a self-created disaster that we could fix (snap, snap, snap) at the snap of our fingers.”

“How in the world can anybody sane want to keep this economy shut down?” Limbaugh asked. “How can anybody sane be anything less than scared and outraged and mortified that 22 million people have been thrown out of work over something that may end up killing fewer than 50,000 people? It is unprecedented! And yet there are people who want to maintain the circumstances we are in. And it boggles the mind.”

‘We cannot go on!’

“It is so counterintuitive to Americanism,” Limbaugh insisted. “We cannot go on!… I can’t believe it has gone on this long! I can’t believe… In one way, I can’t believe the American people haven’t arisen in outrage over this yet.”

In February, Limbaugh was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom during the State of the Union address by President Donald Trump.
