Biden Declares Economic Relief For Businesses Will Be Based Partly On Gender And Race

President-elect Joe Biden announced that economic relief for struggling businesses would be based partly on the gender and race of the owners.

In a video posted to the Biden-Harris presidential transition team Twitter account, the soon-to-be President admitted his obsession with identity politics by noting skin color and gender would play a part in deciding who gets economic relief from the federal government.

“Our focus will be on small businesses on Main Street that aren’t wealthy and well-connected, that are facing real economic hardships through no fault of their own,” Biden announced.

He added, “Our priority will be Black, Latino, Asian, and Native American owned small businesses, women-owned businesses, and finally having equal access to resources needed to reopen and rebuild.”

Response to Biden’s Decision to Make Economic Relief Partially Contingent on Race and Gender is Negative

As you might imagine, response to the Democrat president-elect segregating economic relief for businesses based on race and gender wasn’t warmly received.

“If you don’t vote for me, you ain’t … receiving these government assistance checks?” political commentator Kyle Becker partially joked, making reference to Biden’s famous comment that African-Americans that don’t vote for him “ain’t black.”

Others were less willing to be in a joking mood about Biden’s economic inequality declaration.

To be fair, it was mostly minority-owned businesses that were affected by the riots that Biden, Harris, and the Democrats encouraged over the summer.

Biden’s Choices Always Revolve Around Race and Gender

Who could have possibly imagined that it would be a Democrat President-elect who would drag civil rights back decades by making government decisions based on ethnicity or sex?

Besides everyone, I mean.

Biden is, after all, the man who chose Kamala Harris to be his running mate not based on credentials or resume, but because she is a woman who isn’t white.

The same man who accused Republicans of trying to hold back blacks economically by putting “y’all back in chains” is more than willing to put the chains on white-owned businesses.

“We’re going to make a concerted effort to help small businesses in low-income communities in big cities, small towns, rural communities that have faced systemic barriers to relief,” Biden added.

“Think of the mom and pop owner with a couple of employees who can’t pick up the phone and call a banker, who doesn’t have a lawyer, an accountant, to help them through this complicated process.”

Just as with voter identification, Biden seems to be suggesting it’s the minority and woman-owned businesses without the capability or knowledge to navigate complex applications.

Is there anything more racist than saying certain groups of people aren’t smart enough to figure things out without the government’s assistance?

Pelosi ‘Plans’ To Pull Trump Out Of The White House “By His Hair, His Little Hands And Feet”

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has said she wants to pull President Trump out of the White House “by his hair, his little hands and feet.”

According to Politico, Pelosi made the remarks about the President on the weekend, during strategy talks regarding how the Democrats can pass the new 5,000+ page coronavirus relief bill that is currently going through Congress.

Pelosi: “I’m Counting Down The Hours ‘Til He’s Gone”

“I’m counting down the hours ’til he’s gone,” Pelosi told her leadership team during a strategizing session saying that she plans to pull Trump out of the White House “by his hair, his little hands and his feet.”

President Trump and Nancy Pelosi haven’t spoken since October last year, when she tried to get him out of the White House for the first time.

That was when she helped launch the impeachment effort against him, and ripped up his State of the Union speech live on television.

A Challenge For Pelosi Within Her Own Party?

Pelosi has been having a tough year.

It seems that time may be running out for Pelosi with her position as Speaker coming under fire by many, including Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who told The Intercept that they need “new leadership in the Democratic Party.”

Pelosi, a proponent of many stringent coronavirus measures, was caught out earlier in the year attending a hair salon in San Francisco, inside, without a mask, in what many decried as a stunning display of hypocrisy.

She later preposterously claimed that she had been “set up” by the salon.

The House Speaker in October also claimed that CNN, of all networks, serve as “apologists” and propagandists for the Republican Party, in a stunning display of a lack of self-awareness.

Coronavirus Bill Slammed For Including Unnecessary Funding

The coronavirus stimulus bill that Pelosi is trying to pass has come under fire from many across the political spectrum.

Conservatives have pointed out that the spending in the bill is packed chock full of foreign aid projects, while Americans line up for free food.

$10 million will go to fund “gender programs” in Pakistan, Sudan will received $700 million in economic assistance, and $453 million will be provided for assistance for Ukraine.

Similar ridiculous priorities include a condemnation of the CCP’s involvement in the selection of the next Dalai Lama, the building of two new museums for Latinos and women on the National Mall, and a ban on e-cigarettes being delivered by the USPS.

While the rest of the world gets billions of dollars, Americans will only receive $600.

Democrat Senate candidate Jon Ossoff called the payments “a joke,” in another display of serious cracks forming between Democrat leadership and the rest of the party.

Vulnerable Senate Republicans have a ‘morbidly obese’ problem weighing them down: Trump

It's suddenly occurring to vulnerable Senate Republicans that they're pretty much screwed after giving Donald Trump their seal of approval with an impeachment acquittal, and then watching him consign Americans to death and economic doom.

Colorado Sen. Cory Gardner, who some consider the walking dead at this point electorally, made a big, headline-grabbing show of urgency earlier this week to light a fire under the butts of his colleagues.

Wanna help restore responsible leadership to the Senate? Give $2 right now to give Senate Republicans the boot.

"It’s unfathomable that the Senate is set to go on recess without considering any additional #COVID19 assistance for the American people," Gardner wrote, keenly aware that House Democrats had already passed a giant relief bill. "Anyone who thinks now is the time to go on recess hasn’t been listening," he added, noting that Coloradans and Americans alike "are hurting."

Maine Sen. Susan Collins, also facing a tough reelection, joined Gardner in expressing her, shall we say, concern. "The fallout from the coronavirus is unprecedented," she tweeted, saying Congress had a "tremendous responsibility" to help mitigate the crisis. "We must not wait," she urged.

It was a notable break from the GOP caucus given that Trump had visited Capitol Hill just a day earlier to counsel unity among Senate Republicans and tell them to hang tough. So much for that—some of them are starting to sort of/kind of act like they want to save their own behinds. Good luck with that after every single one of them cast votes to saddle America with the leadership of Donald Trump.

But Trump and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell couldn't be moved. McConnell has repeatedly signified zero sense of urgency on bringing any more relief to struggling Americans. And Trump's right there with him. Whatever supposed unity Trump went to the Hill to pitch was really just his way of saying, Do what I need you to do—or else

That's why Gardner folded like a house of cards on his empty threat to block the Senate from recessing before they took meaningful action on helping the nearly 40 million Americans who have now filed for unemployment in the past couple of months.

Cory Gardners threat to try to block next weeks recess has been resolved, per John Thune. Gardner had called on the Senate to move ahead with a recovery plan. Thune says Gardner and McConnell have talked about doing some things down the road. Senators leaving town for recess

— Manu Raju (@mkraju) May 21, 2020

Gardner told CNN's Manu Raju they were "close" on "PPP and some other things that will help Colorado," adding the he felt "good" about what they might be able to accomplish. Wow, was that ever an inspiring stand for the people.

Anyway, vulnerable Senate Republicans are clearly on their own, but it's also clearly not important enough for any of them to grow a spine—just like when they cast their acquittal votes.

Maxine Waters Says Trump Is An ‘Incompetent Idiot’ Who Must ‘Pray for Forgiveness’

On Monday, Democratic Congresswoman Maxine Waters went on a social media rant against President Donald Trump over his handling of the coronavirus crisis, calling him an “incompetent idiot” who needs to “pray for forgiveness.”

‘Your ignorance & incompetence are appalling’

“Trump, stop congratulating yourself! You’re a failure & you’ve mishandled this #COVID19 disaster! You’re not knowledgeable & you don’t know more than experts & generals,” Waters wrote on Twitter. “Your ignorance & incompetence are appalling & you continue to demonstrate that every time you open your mouth!”

She didn’t stop there.

“Trump, you incompetent idiot!,” she tweeted. “You sent 18 tons of PPE to China early but ignored warnings & called COVID19 concerns a hoax. You’ve endangered doctors, nurses, aids, [sic] orderlies, & janitors – all risking their lives to save ours. Pray 4 forgiveness for the harm that you’re causing!”

Waters’ Rampage Against Trump Is Nothing New

Waters had accused President Trump on Sunday of ignoring the pandemic early on.

“As you know, we had an office of pandemic affairs basically in the office of the president that was shut down, closed down, not funded by the president of the United States,” Waters told MSNBC host Joy Reid. “That’s the kind of office that does the planning, that anticipates, that makes sure that supplies and everything that’s needed can be readily available when you have this kind of disaster. And so even though we didn’t have that kind of planning in addition to that, the early notifications I’m told were ignored.”

Waters Wants Trump to Address Crisis But Also… Shut His Mouth About It?!?

Strangely, while Waters accused Trump of ignoring the crisis in its early stages, she also believes he should “shut his mouth” about it.

“It’s been said over and over again that you cannot trust this president,” Waters told Reid. “Not only is he a liar, he does not believe in anything scientific.”

“So the President of the United States cannot be relied upon,” she added. “Someone said he needs to be quiet, he needs to shut his mouth.”

Despite Waters’ random and often nonsensical grumblings, the Trump administration continues to make strides in implementing testing nationwide, mask production and financial and other relief crucial to Americans during this crisis.
